Outdoor homa at dusk on sand, with rows of participants seated before small square brick fire pits blazing with flames. A woman in the right foreground wears a white sari with gold border, a rudraksha mala and a red-and-gold rosette, and holds a ladle over the fire; a brass pot and offerings sit beside a pile of sticks. Behind her men in white dhotis and shirts sit at their own fire pits under a striped canopy, strings of lights and a green tent. Many people in white are visible, with additional participants further back, a crowd estimated well beyond twenty.2014-06-29June 19 20142014-06-19 +1 copiesJune 19 20142014-06-19 +1 copiesJune 19 20142014-06-19 +1 copiesOutdoor homa ritual at dusk on sandy ground beneath palm trees and strings of lights.
