The tray sits on a light woven cloth. At the upper left a red offering or garland edge is partly visible, and a metal vessel rim appears at the top. No people are visible in the frame; the fruit appears to be an offering, though no ritual is shown.2011-01-16Close-up photograph of a metal offering plate on a red cloth, heaped with bananas, red apples, oranges, pomegranates and a pear-like fruit. A green leaf with dark raisins or dried fruit sits among the fruit, and a mound of yellow flowers lies in the lower foreground. The arrangement suggests fruit offerings for worship, with no people or deity figures visible.2018-01-31December 12 20162016-12-12A close photograph of a silver offering tray set on a colourful striped cloth at a temple shrine. The image is an offering arrangement from a pada-puja style ritual.2010-08-05December 16 20112011-12-16A brass offering plate holds fruit for worship: small yellow bananas, red apples, pomegranates and lemons, with a brown fruit at the top. The fruit is an offering, and no people are visible.2009-09-07A photograph of offerings arranged on a woven straw mat in front of an orange silk backdrop with a gold zari border and small red motifs. On the left, a steel plate holds apples, oranges and pomegranates. Next are garlands of white daisy-like flowers, red and pink blooms and green leaves, followed by a plate of white jasmine-type flowers with dark red roses. Further right, steel plates hold pink-and-white sweets and round white sweet balls, and a plate of yellow-orange savoury snack.
