Most wear white ritual clothing, with some in saffron, pink, teal and sari colours. Decorative pillars wrapped in patterned fabric with red flowers and yellow borders line the room, and strings of red lights hang overhead. Several men in white kurtas stand at the back and sides. No clearly identifiable central figure is visible in the frame, so the scene is a seated congregation rather than an individual presenting or seated on a throne. A deity murti appears faintly at the upper centre near the lights.2007-02-16A wide photograph of a convention hall with a dark maroon curtained stage framed by tall decorative pillars. On a white-draped platform at centre, a seated figure in orange-saffron robes sits near a few other people in orange and white. Standing devotees in white and cream clothes line the stage and aisle, while many seated attendees in white, cream and pastel saris and shirts fill the floor in front, with a yellow line marking the aisle. A man in a grey shirt stands at the left edge. The scene suggests a satsang or assembly held under a tent-like ceiling with spotlights.2008-06-20A large seated audience in white and pastel clothes, many with long braided hair, faces a raised stage in an indoor hall. On stage, a person in white with an orange shawl stands near a red ornate throne-like seat, with a blue and pink drape behind. Two figures in orange garments stand at the stage edge. A banner with rows of small painted figures hangs above, and framed photographs are displayed at left. Bright stage lights glow on the ceiling. The scene resembles a satsang or darshan gathering.2006-12-28December 27 20062006-12-27A photograph taken from the back of a large hall at night showing a dense crowd of devotees seated on the floor, most dressed in white, with several women in colourful saris and braided hair. In the centre foreground a figure in a white garment with an orange sash stands facing a dark stage. Hanging decorative banners in orange and cream line the upper hall, and a framed picture sits near the stage. A few people at the rear wear white, and a woman in the lower foreground wears an orange top.2006-12-26A large indoor hall with red velvet curtains and decorated pillars hosts a seated gathering of many devotees dressed mostly in white. On a raised white-draped stage, a figure in orange robes with long hair sits on an orange-draped platform, flanked by people in white and saffron clothing. Several attendants stand in lines, and seated devotees fill the foreground, some on yellow-marked floor aisles. Ritual-like activity appears centered on the stage area.2008-06-20A seated speaker at the front left, wrapped in a cream turban and draped in a light cloth, sits on a white-covered seat with a microphone on a stand in front of him. He faces a large seated audience in a warm brown-walled hall with dark curtains. Most attendees wear white clothes, with some in orange, purple and yellow. Many sit cross-legged on white sheets while others sit on chairs at the back, and a few hold up a hand or listen attentively. Lights are on the ceiling and a small table with items sits at the far left edge.2005-04-10December 29 20072007-12-29A large seated congregation in white clothing fills a hall, most women in white saris and salwar with orange or red shawls and stoles, many with long braided hair and bangles. They sit in rows on a carpet, attentive and facing forward toward an unseen stage at left, with stage lights and a backdrop of framed printed images visible at the top. The scene looks like a satsang or discourse audience, with the speaker not visible in frame.2006-12-29
