A brass kalasha pot wrapped in white thread netting stands on a brass plate ringed with yellow marigold flowers and a bed of white grain. Mango leaves and a yellow-wrapped coconut crown the pot's mouth. Behind it, yellow and purple flower garlands hang against a rust-coloured cloth. No people are visible. A kalasha setup like this is typical of puja preparations.

A brass kalasha pot with a white lattice-patterned outer wall stands on a brass tray scattered with yellow marigold petals. A coconut with its husk and mango leaves rise from the pot's mouth, the traditional kalasha dressing. Behind, garlands of yellow marigolds, purple and white flowers hang against a deep orange-red cloth backdrop. No people are visible.

A silver ritual vessel with embossed lotus-petal patterns sits on a bed of white rice grains on a patterned carpet. A coconut with red cloth tied around its top is set on the vessel, surrounded by green mango leaves and yellow marigold flowers. A tray of red roses, yellow flowers and green leaves sits at right, and a red fabric edge appears at left. This appears to be a kalasha-style ritual arrangement, with no people visible.

A photograph of a brass kalasha, a bulbous water vessel topped with a rounded lid and mango leaves, placed on a clear glass plate with etched floral and geometric patterns. Yellow chrysanthemum flowers sit among the mango leaves around the rim, and a twisted cotton thread is wound around the vessel's neck. A blurred garland of pink, purple and white flowers hangs in the background against a pale wall. No people are visible.

A brass kalasha pot wrapped in white thread netting sits on a brass plate filled with white sand and surrounded by yellow marigold flowers. Mango leaves and a dried, yellow-husked coconut crown the pot's mouth. Behind it, garlands of yellow and purple flowers hang against a deep orange-brown cloth. No people are visible.

A close outdoor photograph of a silver kalasha held by a hand in the lower right, topped with a yellow-orange turmeric-coated coconut wreathed in fresh green mango leaves and a yellow marigold flower. Yellow marigold petals rest on a silver tray beneath the vessel. A saffron-orange cloth sleeve appears at the right edge. Behind it, a concrete walkway, sandy ground, scattered slippers and leafy trees form the setting.

A coconut with its husk partly visible, decorated with yellow chrysanthemums, red roses and green leaves, sits on a silver vessel surrounded by a ring of yellow marigold flowers and mango leaves. No people are visible; the arrangement appears to be a ritual floral offering set before a deity murti.
