Beside him, an older man wrapped in an orange shawl walks, and a bare-chested man in a white dhoti with a rudraksha mala stands at right holding a book. Behind them, men in orange and cream robes and orange sashes carry a golden staff, trident and silver ceremonial staffs. Trees and a white structure form the backdrop.

Photograph of a crowd of devotees on white and red striped temple steps. A central figure in orange ochre robes wears a long white and red flower garland, a gold pendant necklace, a red headband and sandals; his long hair falls past his shoulders. Around him, men in white kurtas and white dhotis, several with orange shawls and red headbands, stand and crouch; one man in white bends low at the lower left. Behind them stand more men in white shirts and dhotis, some with rudraksha malas, beneath hanging green leaves and a golden trident.

A photograph taken on a steep stone stairway with a metal railing, shot from a high angle. A long-haired figure in a saffron-orange sannyasi robe and a heavy gold bead necklace descends or climbs the steps, one hand gripping the blue-grey railing. Around them a crowd of devotees and visitors crowds the narrow passage; a man in a white cap and white shirt with a red lanyard stands nearby, and a young woman with long dark hair looks on. A blue bag sits in the lower foreground beside a yellow object. Faded red shutters and peeling walls line the background.
