Many people wear white clothing: women in white saris with coloured borders, one woman in an orange-red blouse and one in a pink shawl, and men in white shirts and white dhotis. Several women carry small cloth bags or hold metal plates. Some participants walk and others sit in the background. Overall the scene resembles a large gathering at an ashram or temple compound.
