On the right, a man with long swept-back hair, a rudraksha mala, a gold necklace, a headset microphone and a golden-brown dhoti and shawl offers red apples to a man in an orange shawl and kurta standing in front of him. On the left, a man in orange robes and an orange turban reaches toward a man in a white kurta and orange shawl holding apples. Another shaven-headed man in orange and rudraksha malas stands behind. At lower right, a framed picture with white flower garlands sits on a table near apples.2013-10-19March 19 20142014-03-19A photograph of a temple-setting exchange. A bald older man in orange robes bends forward, holding a yellow fruit and a folded paper or money, offering them toward a seated man in orange robes with long dark hair, a red bindi and a dark rudraksha mala, who raises one hand in a gesture of speech. Behind them are brass lamps, a small brass bell, a kumkum box, and garlands of orange and purple flowers on a deity or altar display. Two younger men in orange stand at the left edge, one with a white forehead mark. A visible cues-based candidate appears in the seated man, with long hair, orange robes, rudraksha mala and a throne-like seat, so the appearance is a probable match; the bald offerer is a devotee.2010-07-15December 30 20092009-12-30A photograph of a ceremonial exchange on a stage before deep red velvet drapes. A man with long swept-back hair and a long-sleeved white garment with an orange shawl stands at right, smiling and receiving a framed photograph and a cellophane-wrapped gift bundle. Facing him at left, a man with a shaved head wears a brown and gold wrap and an orange shawl, holding out the framed picture. Between them, two saffron-robed monks with white tilak on their foreheads and rudraksha malas stand watching, one holding a dark cushion tray. Hands at the edges of the frame are raised in applause. Four to five people are visible in the scene.2013-10-20 +1 copies
