A large hall filled with seated devotees for a Dasara celebration at Sripuram Nithyananda Dhyanapeetam. Many people sit on the floor in white and cream ritual clothes, while several men in front wear saffron-orange robes and beaded necklaces. Small oil lamps and offering plates sit on red cloth mats before them. On the right, a bearded elder in orange and a turban sits on a gold-trimmed throne with a red cushion. A woman in a cream sari stands at left operating a camera on a tripod. Colourful striped hangings and orange drapes decorate the ceiling.

Indoor ceremonial hall with a white fabric ceiling, hanging colourful tassel decorations and ceiling fans. A long row of brass ritual implements, lamps and a kalasha-like vessel sits on mats on the concrete floor, in front of which a line of saffron-robed sannyasis and white-clad devotees stand with hands folded. Men in orange and ochre robes and one in a red-orange turban stand prominently at right, several with full beards. A man in white stands among them. A figure in orange walks across the left side of the hall near a blue-draped table.

Wide view of a large hall with a white fabric ceiling draped in swags, ceiling fans and tall striped cylindrical pillars with orange tassels. Dozens of people stand with hands joined in prayer, many in white clothes and some in saffron or orange robes, with a golden throne-like seat draped in red cloth in the foreground. A banner on the left shows a figure and the word Dhyana. Smoke or incense haze hangs in the air, and small oil lamps and offerings sit on the floor. The scene appears to be a Dasara celebration at a Nithyananda Dhyanapeetam hall.

A wide view of a large hall during a seated puja gathering. Several hundred people in white ritual clothes sit on the floor with hands joined in anjali, facing forward. In the foreground, a few men in saffron and orange robes sit before small brass plates, oil lamps and offerings laid on orange-red mats. Tall decorative pillars with colourful geometric patterns and orange tassels stand along the walls, and a video camera on a tripod is set up at the left. No individual can be confidently identified as the a person from appearance alone, so the candidate is left uncertain.

A photograph inside a temple hall with a deity shrine and gold-decorated altar backdrop. A man in a saffron-orange robe with a rudraksha mala walks barefoot across a green mat at the center, flanked by priests in white dhotis and shawls, one bare-chested with a rudraksha mala. Several white-clad men stand with palms joined on the left, and a woman in a yellow sari stands at right. A camera on a tripod is set up near the altar. A projection screen hangs on the left wall and orange and red tasseled banners hang from the ceiling. The orange-robed man shows distinctive saffron clothing and a mala, but his face is not clearly visible to confirm identity, so the appearance is uncertain.

Wide view of a large hall with a white tiled floor during a seated group puja. Rows of people sit on mats in white dhotis and white shawls, many with red-and-white sacred threads, with brass plates, lamps and small offering vessels set on orange and yellow cloths in front of them. A seated figure in saffron-orange robes sits at the front left, and several men in white clothing with shaved heads sit in the foreground. Hanging decorative pillars in red, green and blue with orange tassels line the room, and a camera on a tripod stands at the left edge.

Indoor hall with a cream ceiling, fans and a decorated pillar wrapped in colourful patterned cloth. In the foreground a man in an orange-saffron dhoti and shawl stands with palms pressed together on an orange mat beside a yellow mat. Behind him a row of people in white and grey clothes stand with hands folded in namaskar. A woman in an orange sari stands near the centre with hands joined. On the right a white sofa, a red curtain, a flower arrangement with orange and red blooms, and a small framed photo sit on a draped table beside a stand light and a projection screen.

A photograph of a large hall where a group of men in white dhotis and shawls sit cross-legged in rows on orange mats, many in meditative or ritual posture. Two men in front wear saffron-orange robes; the front-left one holds a small object, and the front-centre one with a shaved head sits behind a brass plate. Each seated person has a brass plate with lamps, bowls and offerings in front of them. Striped orange and blue cloth banners hang from the top of the wall, and ornate golden chairs and deity figures stand at the far end of the hall beside red chairs. Several women in saris sit at the back on the left. The image shows a ritual group gathering in an ashram-style room.
