Behind him stands a second saffron-robed attendant holding a wooden tray. Before a gold-arched shrine, two deity murtis are adorned with yellow and orange flower garlands; one is crowned with an orange turban and the other wears a pink sari-like cloth. Several people in white clothes and a woman in a white sari stand with folded hands. Path of a Swamiji-style darshan, with the central robed figure matching the Swamiji (probable) appearance cues of long swept-back hair and saffron clothing.2009-12-15November 06 20102010-11-06A photograph of a temple darshan scene. In the centre, a man with long dark hair wearing a sleeveless saffron-orange robe smiles while extending his right arm to a devotee and offering fruit or prasad from a wooden tray. Beside him stands a second person in a long orange robe, holding papers. Devotees in white, grey and red clothing crowd behind a metal barrier on the left, several with palms pressed together in anjali. Behind them, a golden-framed shrine holds a deity murti adorned with garlands of marigolds and red flowers, with a trident visible above, and a row of brass lamps stands in front. Red drapes frame the scene.2009-12-17January 02 20102010-01-02 +2 copiesA photograph inside a temple shrine. Several men in white shirts stand at the left edge.2009-12-15A photograph of a temple darshan at an outdoor-roofed shrine with white carved stone pillars and a gilded arch framing a deity murti of a seated god and goddess decorated with marigold garlands and a trident. Two saffron-robed men stand at the centre; the foremost, in a long orange robe with a red tilak, reaches out toward the crowd and holds a stack of white papers. Beside him, a second man with long dark swept-back hair wears an orange shawl with maroon edging and holds the papers in both hands. Along the left, a line of elderly men and others stand behind a metal barricade with palms pressed together in greeting, while women in saris are visible on the right. Brass oil lamps stand on the shrine's sides.2009-12-17July 08 20102010-07-08July 09 20102010-07-09A photograph inside an open-sided temple shrine with a golden arched niche holding a deity murti of a seated couple in red and pink, garlanded with flowers. Two men in saffron-orange robes stand at the shrine: one bare-chested with long swept-back hair, hands in anjali, and another in orange cloth holding a brass tray or plate with offerings.
