A man in flowing saffron-orange robes with a long rudraksha mala and a red bindi walks barefoot across striped woven mats in an outdoor temple courtyard. Beside him a shaven-headed man in white dhoti and shawl with red borders, holding a folded paper, walks with bare chest and a rudraksha mala. Behind them more men in white dhotis stand near an orange-washed plinth, with a black stone Nandi bull draped in red and orange marigold garlands and a grey stone female figure on the left. Stone and brick temple structures, palm fronds and a tall pillar with garlands appear in the background.2010-09-08December 09 20092009-12-09A man in orange saffron robes sits cross-legged in meditation on a wooden seat outdoors, eyes closed, hands resting open on his knees. He wears a long rudraksha mala with dark beads and a red tilak on his forehead, and his long swept-back dark hair falls behind his shoulders. Palm trees and a low wall are behind him. Two other seated figures in white dhotis appear in the background: one on the left in white with an orange shawl, and one on the right in white with a yellow scarf, also meditating. A brass vessel is visible at the lower left edge and a small orange-red shrine structure at the left.2010-09-04Outdoors under coconut palms, a man with long dark hair, a red tilak on his forehead and a dark rudraksha mala stands on a hexagonal tiled terrace wearing a flowing saffron-orange shawl and dhoti, barefoot, with one hand on his hip. Behind him, a bald man in white dhoti and shirt-like top stands, and a bald man in white dhoti with a white cloth stands at left by fire pits. A seated man in a light blue striped shirt and grey trousers sits on a woven mat at right, while another man in white stands nearby. A rolled red-and-cream mat lies at the base of a red-painted step. Palm trees, a white tent structure, and a thatched fence form the background.2010-09-18April 05 20082008-04-05April 02 20122012-04-02November 20 20062006-11-20A man with long swept-back dark hair and a red bindi walks barefoot along a woven mat path in an outdoor temple courtyard. He wears a sleeveless saffron-orange wrap over his body, orange cloth around his waist and legs, and a long rudraksha mala. Behind him, a bald man in a white dhoti and white kurta with an orange shawl follows and holds a small paper. In the background are a black stone Nandi bull with a yellow and purple flower garland, a black trident-bearing deity statue, and an orange temple structure topped with a garlanded kalasha and palm trees.2010-09-03March 01 20092009-03-01A figure in orange saffron robes with long swept-back dark hair and a red and purple flower garland stands at right, pointing at and reading an open booklet with colour photographs. Beside him, a man in a white dhoti and shirt with a yellow shawl and a rudraksha mala holds a wooden bowl of small terracotta kalasha-shaped pots. An older man with white hair and a white shirt stands at left with a dark bead necklace, and another man in white stands behind at right. Palm fronds and a thatched shelter form the outdoor setting.2009-12-21Outdoors on grass among tall palm trunks and green foliage, a man in a saffron-orange wrap with a shawl draped over one shoulder stands barefoot-looking in orange sandals, eyes lowered, hands together in front of him. To the left, a man in white kurta and white trousers holds a folded orange umbrella and wears a rudraksha mala and a red bindi. At the right edge, a bearded man in orange robes with a rudraksha mala and eyeglasses stands partly cropped. The figure in the centre has long swept-back hair and wears a rudraksha mala with ornate clothing, but the appearance is not conclusive enough to establish identity from these cues alone.2009-11-30January 09 20072007-01-09
