A photograph of a temple shrine inside a stone pavilion with a red cloth backdrop. Two large painted deity murtis sit enthroned on a golden peetha: the male figure wears an orange turban and maroon-and-gold dhoti, holds a red heart-shaped object, and the female figure wears a pink sari with a blue skirt beneath. Garlands of marigolds and red flowers drape the murtis and a kalasha stands before them. In the foreground a seated priest in an orange robe performs a padapuja-style offering, surrounded by brass oil lamps, a bell, and small offering bowls. A small figure in purple stands to the right near a carved niche. Bright evening-style lighting illuminates the stone floor.2008-02-14February 14 20082008-02-14 +1 copiesPhotograph of a shrine at Aadikailaasa, Bengaluru, dominated by a large golden statue of a four-armed deity with a trident and orange turban, wearing layered silver necklaces and a blue and pink dhoti, standing beside a golden-clad female figure in a pink sari with garlands. Below them, a seated figure in an orange robe and orange headwear sits on a white-draped platform; this is a statue, not a physical person. Flower garlands in red, yellow, white and orange hang across the platform, with brass oil lamps on either side and a red curtain behind. A small brass lamp and a figure in a rose-coloured costume stand at the right edge. The seated figure is a statue and no physical people are visible in the scene.2008-02-13February 13 20082008-02-13February 14 20082008-02-14 +1 copiesTwo painted deity murti figures sit side by side on a raised golden throne in a shrine, decorated with yellow and magenta garlands.
