A seated audience inside a hall with burgundy-cushioned chairs and dim lighting. In the foreground, a figure in an orange turban, orange robe with maroon border, and a long gold necklace sits beside a man with long dreadlocks in a black jacket; both have appearance cues consistent with the candidate, so the figure is described as Swamiji (probable) seated in the audience. To the left, a young man in a black shirt sits, and behind them a man in a white shirt wears a rudraksha mala, a woman wears a pink shawl, and a man in a patterned shirt sits at right. Several other attendees are visible in the background.2006-05-12July 01 20062006-07-01May 12 20062006-05-12Two men sit side by side on a dark purple leather sofa in an ornate room with patterned gold-and-brown wall hangings and a decorative metal screen. The man on the left, with long dreadlocks and a dark high-collared jacket, looks down at a tablet or open book held in his hands. The man on the right wears an orange-saffron turban, saffron robes and a long gold bead necklace, and smiles while reaching toward the same book.2006-05-12December 22 20062006-12-22A photograph of a seated figure in a bright orange turban and sleeveless orange robe, long dark hair falling over the shoulders, clasping hands with a man in a white shirt and brown belt who leans in smiling. Around them a crowd of devotees in white and orange clothing stands in a warmly lit hall, with women in white sarees and a potted plant at right. Several people are visible in the background, some holding phones. The seated figure has distinctive orange turban and robe cues but the appearance is not clear enough to confirm identity.2009-09-15May 12 20062006-05-12A photograph of a ceremonial exchange in an ornate red-draped setting with gold-carved shrine elements. A bare-chested man in a rust-red turban and a yellow marigold garland, with rudraksha beads on his chest, extends a small golden object, apparently a figure of a seated animal, toward an older man in white dhoti with an orange-saffron shawl, who bows with hands folded. Behind them a priest in orange and a second man wearing glasses and rudraksha mala stand near, and several people in saris and shirts watch from the back, some in yellow and white. A bright lamp light glows in the background.2015-10-25May 12 20062006-05-12A photograph of two men seated side by side on a purple leather sofa in front of an ornate wall hanging with gold and red patterns and metalwork panels. The man on the left has long dreadlocks and wears a dark charcoal high-collared jacket with buttons. The man on the right wears a red-and-orange turban with a red bindi, a long saffron-orange robe with a red border, and a heavy gold ornamental necklace; his hands are folded in his lap. Both are smiling. Cushions in maroon and tan and a draped gold throw surround them. A small purple bird logo sits in the top-left corner.2006-05-12Photograph of a seated convention scene on a green floor covering. A man with long, dark, wavy hair wears an orange saffron garment and sits facing an older bearded man in a black turban, white kurta and a wooden rudraksha mala, with a wristwatch and ring. Both have palms pressed together in a namaste-like gesture, and the man in orange is smiling. Behind them, seated participants wear white and red clothing, and a standing fan and water bottles are visible. The orange-clad man shows distinctive long hair and saffron clothing, which is consistent with the a person candidate, but the appearance cues are not conclusive enough for a firm match.2006-03-13May 12 20062006-05-12
