May 09 20082008-05-09A woman with long swept-back dark hair, a yellow turmeric forehead mark with a red dot, and saffron-orange clothing draped over the shoulders, wearing layered rudraksha malas, rudraksha bracelets and a gold pendant, smiles while she holds her hands near the head of a bald man in white with a gold-bordered cloth. Her hand cups his head as he bows forward. Behind them, blurred seated audience members in orange, white and striped clothing watch in an indoor hall with a wooden pillar. A bell-like metal object hangs at the upper left. The scene appears to be a blessing or darshan moment.2015-12-09March 27 20082008-03-27August 22 20122012-08-22 +1 copiesA photograph of a Sarva Darshan-style blessing in an indoor hall. A long-haired figure in a saffron/orange sleeveless top and orange cloth sits on a white raised seat, with a rudraksha mala and a tray of prasad, rudraksha malas and offerings beside them. She places her hand on the head of a bespectacled man in white shirt and trousers with an orange shawl, who bends forward. Around them stand devotees in white and orange, a woman in a yellow shawl stands at the upper right, and a red curtain and a patterned banner frame the background. Visible people: about ten.2008-03-26A photograph of a seated figure in long dark hair and an orange garment with the bare upper torso, whose right hand rests on the forehead of a kneeling man in white clothes wearing a brown beaded mala, hands joined in prayer. Behind them a table holds a silver tray with offerings and small items, and an older man in orange and a white shawl stands in the background. The seated figure's distinctive long hair and orange clothing with a bare-chested drape are cues that make this a probable Swamiji (probable) giving blessing to a devotee in what looks like an ashram setting. The kneeling devotee wears a white kurta and an ID card on a lanyard. Red curtains and other people are partly visible around the room.2008-04-04A photograph of a crowded indoor gathering in which a figure in a saffron-orange turban, sleeveless saffron top and long dark hair, wearing a rudraksha mala, reaches out to place a hand on the head of a man in a white shirt who bows with palms pressed together.
