Behind them a large printed portrait shows a smiling man in an orange turban, orange robes and a multi-strand rudraksha mala, a printed picture rather than a physical person. Hanging bells, tassels, white flower garlands and a small bird ornament frame the scene. No physical people are visible.2020-10-20KAILASA UNITED KINGDOM on 10/19/20202020-10-19KAILASA UNITED KINGDOM on 10/17/20202020-10-17KAILASA UNITED KINGDOM on 10/24/20202020-10-24KAILASA UNITED KINGDOM on 10/19/20202020-10-19Photo of a home temple altar at KAILASA Dhumbarai, Nepal, with a golden abhishekam tray holding small gilded deity murtis garlanded with yellow and magenta flowers and red petals. Behind them stands a large printed portrait of a smiling bearded man in a rust-orange turban, ornate gold necklace and orange-saffron robe, with a crown-like mark on the turban; the portrait is a depiction, not a physical person, and the appearance cues are distinctive enough for a probable identification. A large ornate gold throne-style seat with a kalasha-like base sits to the right, and a garlanded deity murti with a green cloth base stands behind the trays. No people are physically present.2021-05-16 +1 copiesIn front stand three deity murtis dressed in yellow silk and adorned with pink and magenta flower garlands, one central figure with a crown and a smaller figure on each side. A gold-framed arch and a peacock-feather decoration frame the altar, with a gold kalasha-like offering plate to the left and hanging garlands and bells above.2021-06-19A home altar display of deity murtis adorned with fresh flowers. In the centre, a small deity murti in white and a leopard-print turban is flanked by a second murti in white with long dark hair and gold-trimmed cloth, both wearing yellow and pink flower garlands, set on a green and gold tray. To the left, a smaller silver murti with a peacock-feather backdrop sits under an ornate gold arch. Behind them, a large printed portrait labelled with an orange turban and rudraksha malas shows a smiling man with a red-orange robe and ceremonial garlands; the portrait is a depiction, not a physical person. Scattered petals, hanging bead tassels and a gold bell decorate the wall, and a leopard-print cloth covers the shelf.2021-07-17A seated figure in a rust-red turban and matching red-orange robes sits on an ornate throne draped in red fabric, raising one hand in a blessing gesture. He wears a long garland of pink and white flowers, a multi-strand pearl necklace, gold chains and gold armbands. Before him on a tiger-striped cushion are small deity murti decorated with yellow and pink flowers, flanked by two smaller figures, with a black ceremonial fan or chamara at right. Rose petals are scattered on the cloth in front. The appearance is consistent with a person, seated on a peetha in a temple-style setting; the page says he is not at this event, so the in_person value is unsure.A shrine display with three small deity murtis dressed in blue and purple silk and garlanded with yellow and orange flowers, set on a golden peetha with an ornate golden arch behind them.
