In the foreground, several men in white dhotis and sashes sit cross-legged on red mats with palms pressed together in anjali, some with rudraksha malas and forehead markings. Behind them, rows of men in saffron-orange garments sit with hands folded, and women in red and orange saris are seated along the floor. Metal tiffin-style containers and banana leaves holding fruit and offerings line the floor, with a small brass plate of flowers and oil lamps in the centre. Crystal chandeliers hang from the ceiling, and wooden double doors sit on the far wall. Foreground attendees include a man in a grey shirt on a gold chair, a person in a red top sitting on a cushion, and a man in white with an orange-and-gold shawl seated on the floor. Many participants wear white, red and orange clothing, and several raise hands. At the front, a lone figure in dark clothing stands near the wall, with framed banners and portraits displayed along the walls. The scene suggests a satsang or group session.2015-12-09A large indoor satsang hall with many devotees seated on white mats and red carpet in rows, most in white kurta-style clothing with red-orange shawls draped over their shoulders. In the centre background, an ornate gold throne stands on a raised platform, with a figure seated on it, though the seated figure is too small to read clearly. A musician in white sits at a microphone on a red-draped stage at left, with a harmonium and percussion players nearby. Ceiling lights and chandeliers illuminate the room, and a banner hangs on the right wall. Several devotees in saffron-coloured garments and rudraksha malas sit in the front rows, and an audience of many people fills the room.2014-08-01Large indoor hall with red drapes and pale floor where many devotees sit in rows on the floor eating a meal from divided steel or plastic trays. A cameraman stands in the background near a screen showing a colourful image, and a framed picture hangs on a side wall. Water bottles sit on the floor among the diners. Chandeliers hang from the ceiling.2015-10-26 +1 copiesMay 20 20142014-05-20
