Photograph of an aarti ceremony on a raised stage. A bald priest in a brown robe holds a tiered brass aarti lamp with flames toward a seated man in orange-saffron robes, a white and orange garland, and a rudraksha-style necklace, seated on a silver-framed throne. Three seated men in white kurtas, and a figure in a cream shirt at left, hold small lamps or offerings. Behind them a large backdrop shows a smiling man in an orange turban with a red bindi. Marigold garlands decorate the stage edge and a bowl of petals sits in front. The seated central figure's appearance matches the page's Swamiji reference, with long swept-back hair, saffron robes, and a garland, so the identity is probable.2014-04-28May 24 20142014-05-24A photograph of a ritual aarti in a hall. In the foreground at left, a shaved-headed man in orange robes and a gold necklace holds a tiered silver lamp with many lit oil lamps. Behind the lamp bearer, a figure in orange robes with long hair and a gold necklace sits on an ornate gold throne with a golden canopy, flanked by flower arrangements and red drapery. A large banner behind the throne shows a portrait of a smiling figure in an orange turban with a red tilak, with Tamil lettering on the backdrop. Two women in saris sit to the right near the throne, and a few more people are visible behind a railing with flat-screen monitors below.2012-09-23April 06 20122012-04-06April 28 20142014-04-28December 14 20132013-12-14March 31 20122012-03-31A photograph of a devotional aarti at a temple-style stage. In the foreground, a hand raised holding a tall multi-tiered brass lamp with many lit oil lamps and a flame, with a bangle on the wrist. Behind it, a large framed portrait labelled "Paramahamsa Nithyananda" shows a smiling figure in orange robes and an orange turban with a red tilak. A large printed backdrop of the same smiling figure stands at left, and gilded lion sculptures flank the stage with a lit candle at right. Only partially visible people appear at the bottom edge. The arrangement reads as a puja offering made before the portrait.2013-12-16A seated man on a gilded throne under a golden canopy, wearing a red-orange turban, saffron-orange garments, a long white beaded necklace and gold bangles, smiling as he sits beside a silver trident. In the foreground, a figure in saffron robes raises a multi-tiered brass arati lamp with lit flames, while seated devotees in white clothing and saffron shawls face the throne. Behind them a backdrop shows a sepia engraving of temples and ghats along the river. Pada puja and arati are visibly in progress during the satsang setting.2014-05-14July 22 20142014-07-22A shaved-headed man in a rust-brown robe with a rudraksha mala, seen from behind, sits before a golden throne with red tiger-striped cushions and gold lion-head armrests. Above the throne hangs a framed printed portrait of a smiling man in an orange turban and orange shawl, bearing a red bindi; its caption reads "PARAMAHAMSA NITHYANANDA". A tiered silver oil lamp with many lit wicks stands before the throne, and a woman's arm extends from the right holding a lamp. A silver trident stands at the right side. Pink draped fabric and hanging bells frame the scene.2014-07-25March 20 20142014-03-20
