July 17 20112011-07-17A seated man in an orange-and-gold saffron cloth with a gold-and-beaded necklace and a vertical white tilak on his forehead places his right hand on the crown of a man in a grey polo shirt, who holds his palms together in front of his face in a gesture of reverence. The seated figure, bare-shouldered and with long swept-back hair, sits on a red cushioned throne before ornate gold-lattice panels, with brass oil lamps and a gold kalasha-like finial behind. A woman in white with a beaded necklace watches at right. Swamiji (probable) is seated as the recipient-giver of a blessing, with his distinctive long hair, gold necklace and saffron cloth as cues.2015-08-23September 09 20112011-09-09July 16 20142014-07-16A seated figure in saffron-orange robes wears a long rudraksha mala and sits on a deep red cushioned throne before a golden carved backdrop. Their hair is pulled back into a bun. They press a small white cloth or paper to the forehead of a bald man in a white shirt who bows low before them. Behind is a bank of yellow flowers and green foliage, a trident-like ceremonial staff stands upright, and a woman in a maroon-bordered sari with a rudraksha mala watches. Offerings sit on a tray at the lower left. Appearance-based label: a person seated on the throne, with saffron robes and rudraksha mala as qualifying cues.2015-02-01Indoor photo in a room with an ornate gold throne-style chair backed by a dark temple-tower backdrop. A man with long swept-back hair, a red-orange draped garment, a dark rudraksha mala and a white forehead mark sits smiling on red velvet cushions, with a striped red-and-orange pillow nearby. A man in an orange polo shirt kneels before him, offering a basket containing a dark-covered book or booklet. Another person in orange sits in the background at right. A table at left holds papers, a small red box and flower-like items.2011-07-17A photograph of a seated man in maroon robes with a rudraksha mala and a ceremonial gold necklace, holding a notebook and a wooden staff, placing his right hand on the head of a kneeling man in white clothes with palms pressed together. Behind them, a framed portrait labelled "Paramahamsa Nithyananda" shows a smiling figure in orange turban and saffron robes. A small wooden box with offerings sits in front, under a decorative parasol and gold-trimmed red cushions, in an indoor hall with brown wall panels and potted plants.2013-12-02A seated man in an orange-red garment and rudraksha mala places his right hand on the forehead of a young man in a grey button shirt, while holding a folded white paper in his left hand. A silver trident with a red stone stands beside them, and a golden deity murti with a gold animal-headed form and gold garlands is visible behind. A woman with a white and red forehead mark watches at right, and bamboo and green plants frame the setting. The seated figure has long swept-back hair and a shawl-style wrap, but the appearance is not distinctive enough to confirm identity.2014-10-11August 30 20152015-08-30 +1 copiesFebruary 01 20152015-02-01August 29 20112011-08-29 +1 copiesA seated figure in a saffron-orange sleeveless robe with a rudraksha mala and a dark brown rudraksha necklace sits on a red and gold throne-like seat with an ornate gold backrest, placing a hand on the head of a man in a white dhoti and white shirt who wears a rudraksha mala and a gold bracelet and stands with his hands folded at his chest. A second man in white with a white-marked forehead and gold necklace stands in the background, and a small wooden table with a tray and a gold-coloured item is visible. The orange-robed figure is a probable Swamiji by appearance cues including swept-back long hair, saffron robe and rudraksha malas, and the image is a photo showing the blessing of a devotee.2010-10-19
