A large audience of seated devotees, mostly men in white dhotis and shirts, fills the foreground of a hall facing a stage. On the stage at the back, a large screen shows a photograph of four people in ceremonial dress: a figure in a red-maroon robe and beaded necklaces, two figures in white dhotis and bare upper bodies, and a figure in an orange top with a garland. A man in an orange shawl and white garment with beaded malas stands at the right edge of the stage beside a camera on a tripod. A red-draped platform sits below the screen, and red curtains hang at the right. A small whiteboard at left carries handwritten text. The scene appears to be a live programme with a projected slideshow.

Many people in white dhotis and saris, some with red and gold shawls and rudraksha-style neck garlands, sit on the floor facing a raised stage. On the stage, several robed people stand near a golden shrine-like backdrop with an ornate deity murti at its centre. A video camera on a tripod records the scene, and two large screens on either side show colourful devotional imagery. A small boy in a blue shirt stands on the floor near a wooden box. Several people sit in front of a metal barrier, and a few standing figures are visible at the left. The composition is a wide view of the assembly.
