December 10 20092009-12-10October 10 20112011-10-10A photograph inside a white-walled room with a large backdrop mural of a banyan tree and a temple gateway with painted deity figures. A seated figure in saffron-orange robes with a rudraksha mala and a red-and-gold throne-like seat is being honoured; a man in white kneels and bows with his head touching the feet of the seated figure. Nearby, a man in white with a red-and-gold shawl stands with hands folded, a woman in an orange shawl and a woman in white with gold border stand and watch, and a shaved-headed attendant in orange with beads stands at right. A gold oil lamp and a small ornate box sit beside the seat, and a red patterned rug covers the floor. The seated figure has long hair and a rudraksha mala, a cue consistent with a person, but the appearance is not conclusive.2012-02-08A photograph of a devotional gathering in an ashram hall with a painted backdrop of a large tree and a temple gopuram. A man with long dark hair, wearing an orange robe, rudraksha mala and gold necklace, sits on an ornate gold-and-red throne decorated with flower garlands, smiling; this is a Swamiji (probable) by appearance cues, with the page noting the event involved him. Two men in white kneel before the throne, one offering something with his hands, and a woman in white with an orange shawl kneels at the right beside a small table with fruit. Two men in orange and saffron clothing sit at left, one bare-chested with painted markings and one with a rudraksha mala, and a brass oil lamp stands near the throne.2012-01-08November 05 20102010-11-05A photograph of a seated figure on an ornate golden throne with a red cushion, wearing an orange robe, with long dark hair swept back. Before him, a woman in a white sari with yellow floral print kneels with palms joined, while a man in white kneels and extends his hands. Two attendants stand on the left in orange robes and a woman in white with a yellow shawl sits behind them; another woman in white with a yellow shawl stands at right. Behind the throne is a painted backdrop of large banyan-like trees and foliage. A distinctive orange robe, swept-back hair and throne cues make the central seated figure a probable Swamiji (probable) presiding in person.2009-12-17A photograph of a seated figure on an ornate gold throne (peetha) under a gold canopy, garlanded with multicoloured flower garlands. The central figure wears an orange-saffron robe, an orange turban, and a rudraksha mala, and makes a raised blessing gesture. Around the throne, several people in white dhotis and white saris stand or kneel; one kneeling man in white attends the throne base, and a woman in a red-bordered sari kneels at the front. Gold ceremonial fans and staffs stand on either side, with a temple-arch backdrop and a red carpet beneath. Swamiji (probable): the orange turban, saffron robe and rudraksha mala are the distinguishing cues on the seated central figure, shown in a throne-and-darshan setting.2010-11-05A seated figure in saffron-orange robes with long swept-back hair, a rudraksha mala and a red tilak sits on an orange throne-chair under a shrine canopy, appearing to be the Swamiji (probable) by appearance cues. Before him a man in a white shirt and dark trousers kneels and touches his bare feet resting on an orange cushion and wooden sandal, while a man in an orange shawl holds an orange cloth and a man in white dhoti stands nearby. Two women in white saris with gold borders stand at right. Behind them is a golden deity murti in a shrine decorated with red and white garlands and a golden kalasha, with stone carvings on the pillars. The scene suggests padapuja.2010-07-11November 05 20102010-11-05September 13 20092009-09-13 +2 copiesOctober 10 20112011-10-10December 17 20092009-12-17
