July 27 20082008-07-27July 27 20082008-07-27A smiling man in an orange turban and orange saffron wrap sits before a white draped backdrop decorated with white jasmine garlands and green leaves. He wears long swept-back hair, a red bindi, a gold chain necklace with gold bead ornaments, and thick white and red garlands draped over his shoulders, with red pom-pom flower decorations. At the lower left, an elderly man with grey hair and glasses is partly visible, his hand raised. Swamiji (probable) appears to be the honoured seated figure, based on the orange turban and saffron clothing with gold ornaments and garlands.2008-07-27March 30 20122012-03-30November 17 20112011-11-17 +1 copiesA seated man in orange robes and an orange turban, wearing a red and white flower garland and a gold-trimmed orange shawl, sits on a cream and gold throne with a leopard-print cushion and smiles while placing his raised palm on the forehead of a man in a brown button-up shirt who kneels before him with his hands raised. Behind them hang strings of red, yellow and orange lights against orange drapery, and a woman in a yellow sari with a beaded necklace is partly visible at the right edge. A silver ritual object sits on the left. The seated figure matches an appearance-based Swamiji (probable) candidate given long swept-back hair, orange turban, orange robes and a flower garland, and he is performing a blessing on a devotee during a pratyaksha padapuja style darshan.2012-03-30June 22 20082008-06-22A man in an orange saffron turban and orange sleeveless top with an orange shawl sits before a white garland backdrop, smiling and looking down at a red flower garland he holds. He wears a long gold ceremonial necklace with ornate beads, long dark hair falling past his shoulders and a red tilak mark on his forehead. The lower edge of the frame shows the blurred hair of another person. Swamiji (probable) appears in the centre as an in-person presence, shown through the turban, long hair, saffron clothing and gold necklace, while a red garland and white flower decorations frame the scene.2008-07-27July 27 20082008-07-27A seated figure in a saffron-orange robe with a white and red flower garland and a red bindi sits before a large pale-pink backdrop, head bowed slightly and smiling. Long dark hair falls past the shoulders. In the foreground at left, a balding older man in a white shirt and dark rudraksha-style beaded necklace leans forward to touch the seated figure's feet or hands. At right edge, a woman in white with hands pressed together in a namaste gesture watches. The scene reads as a darshan or devotee greeting. The seated figure shows long swept-back hair, saffron robe, floral garland and a bindi, which are appearance cues consistent with the page's reference to Swamiji, so this is a probable match.2008-06-22July 27 20082008-07-27July 15 20112011-07-15
