Devotees in white kurtas and dhotis, some with yellow shawls, carry large ornate yellow, red and green canopy umbrellas on long poles. In the centre, a woman in an orange saffron sari with a garland stands with palms pressed together, facing a white-haired woman in a gold-bordered sari who bows in greeting. To the right, a bearded sannyasi in orange robes and rudraksha malas holds a white ceremonial object, with other saffron-clad attendants behind him. Onlookers stand along the route. The photo is a real scene, not a poster.
