A shaved-headed priest in a white dhoti with a red-and-maroon border stands at night on the left, holding a lit oil lamp aloft toward a row of three grey stone deity murtis on a rubble-stone plinth. The central murti is a four-armed deity with a tall crown and ornate headdress, flanked by two female figures in pillared garlands, and a small seated animal figure rests at the base. Behind is a red brick shrine with a barred window and a small dome, with a green gate and a glowing signboard reading EAST in English and Kannada beside a lit temple tower.

Night photograph outdoors at a small shrine beside a red-orange wall. Three grey stone deity murtis stand on a raised platform edged with reddish stones and scattered flower petals. A bare-chested man with white ash-smeared skin and a saffron-orange cloth draped over his shoulders holds a lit oil lamp aloft toward the murtis while cradling a metal vessel in his other hand. Leafy bamboo and a tree are lit from below, and a faded multicoloured cloth hangs on the left.

Night-time outdoor scene at a temple-like compound. Several men in white ritual clothes, some with shaved heads and one wearing red-orange cloth, stand in a line near a gate. At right, three grey stone deity statues stand on pedestals beside a dark stone wall with a small lit shrine doorway behind. A tall illuminated lamp or shrine glows through the gate at left. A standing priest in white dhoti and shawl with gold border appears to hold a ritual item. Dark ground, bamboo and red brick walls surround the scene.

An outdoor shrine scene with three large dark grey stone deity murtis standing on a raised mound of rocks and white pebbles with grass. The central figure, a four-armed deity with a tall crown, stands beside a small animal figure and is flanked by two female figures. A priest in a white dhoti with gold-yellow borders and a matching gold-striped head wrap stands at left, holding a small oil lamp with a visible flame toward the shrine. Behind the statues is an orange-painted brick wall with a red metal grille and a rounded orange structure above, with greenery and bamboo around the base.

Night photograph of an outdoor shrine. Three dark grey stone deity murtis stand on pedestals against a backdrop of dense green bamboo and foliage. A bare-chested man with a shaved head and white tilak markings on his forehead and arms wears a saffron-orange shawl and orange dhoti with a gold border. He holds a brass bell in his left hand and raises a brass aarti lamp with a bright flame in his right, performing aarti before the statues. Small pebbles and red stones ring the base of the shrine.

Night-time outdoor ritual photograph in a garden. A shaven-headed priest in white dhoti with a bare chest and gold waistband holds a lit oil lamp aloft in one hand while ringing a handbell in the other. Beside him, a devotee in saffron-orange cloth with a wrap over the shoulder stands with palms pressed together in namaskar. Behind them, three grey stone deity murtis stand on a plinth, and a low pile of rough red-brown stones is scattered with white flower petals and offerings. Dark foliage and a red wall form the background. Two physical people are visible, and the scene reads as aarti at a murti.
