A yellow and red canopy with dark green fringe shelters the scene. In the foreground a man with long dark hair and a bright orange turban, wearing a red-orange wrap, stands at the railing with his hands together. Beside him, devotees in orange and saffron robes and white clothes line the brass railing, some with hands folded in prayer, and a woman in a white top stands among them. Brass lamps line the rail, and red brick walls and a white building appear behind.2011-08-01 +2 copiesDevotees in saffron and orange robes crowd a railed stone pool at a temple, gazing toward a black stone pillar and a shrine of coiled serpent-like forms draped with yellow cloth and flower garlands. A man in a red wrap and orange-red turban stands at the rail in the foreground, his long dark hair falling down his back, his hand extended toward the water. Yellow canopies shade the scene and brass lamps line the railing. Behind is leafy green vegetation with small orange flowers, and a red and yellow cloth lies on the ground at left. Given the page's a person flag, the figure's long hair, saffron-orange robe and turban are cues consistent with a person appearance, but the image does not establish identity with certainty.2008-10-29A man in an orange turban and orange robes leans over a blue-lined tub of water, dipping his right hand into it while holding a small gold-coloured vessel in his left hand. He wears a long gold-bead necklace with a rudraksha-style pendant and bare upper arms. Submerged in the water are gold-toned metal murti figures, including a standing deity figure and an arched halo-like piece. Behind him, several people in orange robes and one in white stand close by; a silver pot with a red-tipped stalk is visible at the top of the frame. The scene is an outdoor ritual bathing of sacred images.2007-09-09August 01 20112011-08-01Outdoor ritual scene at a water tank with blue-lined basin.
