December 26 20102010-12-26December 26 20102010-12-26A photograph of a seated person in orange-red saffron robes with gold-embroidered border trim, sitting cross-legged on an orange cushion atop a low wooden platform on a sunlit stone surface. A large rudraksha mala with gold-toned beads hangs around the neck. The person's hands rest on the knees in a meditation pose, with one hand open and palm down. A brass vessel stands at the left edge, and a blue cord lies across a woven mat on the ground. The figure's face is out of frame, so no appearance-based identification is possible; the visible cues are only the robes, mala and posture, which describe a sannyasi in meditation, not a specific named individual.2010-12-28A man sits cross-legged in meditation on an orange seat over a mat, eyes closed, hands resting in his lap. He wears a saffron-orange robe with a patterned border, a heavy gold multi-strand necklace of round beads, a gold cobra armlet, and a red bindi on his forehead. He has long dark hair swept back. Behind him stands an orange-red stepped plinth draped with marigold and red flower garlands, with a dark stone deity murti above. A brass kalasha-style vessel sits at lower left, and tropical plants and a dark stone sculpture appear in the background. Swamiji (probable): the seated man has long swept-back hair, saffron clothing, rudraksha-style gold bead necklace and ornate adornments, consistent with the page's Swamiji reference.2010-12-28April 05 20112011-04-05A man with long swept-back dark hair sits cross-legged on an orange cushion in meditation, eyes closed, hands resting in mudra on his knees.
