An unfinished, empty interior hall with bare concrete block walls and a sloped tiled roof supported by rust-coloured steel columns. Rows of electric fans hang on white cords from the roof frame, and sunlight enters through the high clerestory gap and two lattice windows. The sandy floor is scattered with debris and a dark wet patch lies at left, with a coiled hose across it. Two wooden doors are set in the left wall. No people, deities or ritual objects are visible.

An unfinished interior of a concrete-block building under a corrugated metal roof with exposed steel trusses. Bare grey breeze-block walls surround a rectangular window opening with a light-coloured sill, a doorway with a brown wooden frame leads into a further unpainted room, and a small woven basket sits on the sill. Debris and rubble lie on the rough floor, and a wooden door panel is at the left edge. No people are visible.

An unfinished interior of a building under construction: bare grey concrete-block walls, a corrugated metal roof supported by a steel truss frame, and a single hanging bulb. Two small rectangular window openings are set in the back wall. The concrete floor is empty except for scattered debris, a long wooden plank lying diagonally across the floor, a leaning pole, and a few buckets at the edges. No people, deities, ritual items or a person candidate are visible.

An unfinished, empty interior hall under a corrugated metal roof with skylights and steel roof trusses. Bare concrete columns and partially plastered walls surround a dusty earthen floor littered with debris. Stacked wooden frames and wooden panels lean near the left side, and several metal bunk-like frames stand in rows toward the back. A white plastic bucket with a wire handle sits in the lower right foreground beside a concrete pillar. No people are visible.

A construction site showing partly built concrete block walls with empty window openings under a corrugated sheet roof. A red-painted block wall with a barred window sits beside a building with a green metal roof and an orange door. Sandy soil, a small heap of earth, loose bricks and scattered footwear lie on the ground in front. No people are visible.

Interior photograph of an unfinished, whitewashed hall with a corrugated roof supported by steel trusses and open doorways along the walls. A large white painted bull statue, a nandi, stands on a blue wheeled cart near the back opening. Beyond the hall, palm trees and a building appear in daylight. A single person in an orange saffron robe walks across the concrete floor toward the opening, carrying a bundle. A small potted plant and a wooden stool sit near the doorways. The floor is bare grey concrete.

An unfinished, empty interior room with bare grey concrete walls and ceiling, exposed white concrete pillars and beams, and several ceiling fans. Barred windows line the walls, and the floor is bare dirt and debris with scattered rubble, rods and white sacks of material. No people or ritual activity are visible.

A photograph of an unfinished interior under construction, with a freshly poured wet concrete floor spanning the room. Four men work in the space: a man in a striped yellow and red shirt and white cap stands at left, a shirtless man in a grey vest and dark shorts walks across the concrete, and two more men in light clothing stand near the back wall and doorway. Metal buckets sit on the floor at right, with a trowel handle visible. Bare grey block walls with white plaster, a window at right, and a corrugated roof with skylights frame the scene.

An empty, unfinished building interior with bare concrete floor and grey breeze-block walls. Exposed red-painted steel roof trusses support corrugated sheeting above. Two barred windows sit in the side walls, and a small doorway opens at the back. A wooden plank lies on the floor near the left wall. No people, furniture or ritual objects are visible.
