A photograph in a bright room lined with shelves of framed photographs and books. A smiling man in a white shirt, dark trousers and wooden rudraksha mala greets a woman in a white sari with a red-bordered edge and a beaded mala, who also smiles. In the foreground a figure in a sleeveless saffron-orange garment with short dark hair receives a multicoloured flower garland of white, red, yellow and green blooms, and holds hands with the man. Other people stand in the background and a white table and chairs are visible at right.2009-09-14A photograph inside a bookshop-like interior with shelves of books behind a counter. In the foreground, a man with long swept-back dark hair wears an orange sleeveless garment, a rudraksha mala and a red mark on his forehead, appearing to walk through the crowd; the appearance cues are sufficient to call him a probable Swamiji. Around him, devotees in white and orange garments crowd the space, including a woman in a maroon sari with gold border and gold jewellery, and a woman in a white sari with a pink border and black beaded necklace. A younger man in an orange shawl with white clothing stands nearby. Along the counter, offerings sit on red cloth trays, a small oil lamp and a floral garland are visible, and a cameraman films the scene.2007-02-21A photograph of a smiling person seated in a cream leather armchair wearing a saffron-orange turban and saffron shawl, with a multicolour garland of white flowers and striped ribbons around the neck. Around the chair, devotees in white and cream clothes stand with hands joined in greeting; one woman in a yellow-orange sari with white jasmine in her hair bows in front, and a man in white dhoti and shirt beside them smiles with a rudraksha mala. Behind them a wooden-panelled room holds a glass display case, a dark bronze figure of a deity with a flower garland, a framed portrait with a red garland, and a decorated wall with festoons. Claims: the page suggests the seated figure is a person, but the appearance cues (saffron turban and shawl, garland, seated in a chair) are not distinctive enough to confirm identity.2007-02-05November 20 20092009-11-20A photograph at night of a seated man in a saffron-orange robe with long swept-back hair, bare-armed under the robe, smiling as he receives the joined hands of an older man in white shirt and trousers with glasses. Around them, a woman in a white sari with gold border and braid stands at left, an older woman in orange sari with rudraksha mala watches smiling, and a man in orange shawl and white-clad men stand behind, with flower garlands and fruit offerings in front.2009-09-13A photograph of a crowded indoor hall where a figure in saffron-orange robes with long, swept-back dark hair and a white flower garland stands embracing an older man in a white shirt and white dhoti. The older man wears a mala necklace and bangles and smiles. Beside them a woman in a green-and-cream sari with a red bindi and beaded necklace presses her palms together in anjali. Several orange-clad devotees and women in saris stand around, and a child in the lower left folds hands in greeting. A red tray with fruit sits at the right edge, with a purple backdrop behind.2010-02-15A man in a white shirt, grey trousers and rimless glasses leans forward, smiling, with both hands on the head of a kneeling person wearing a white and orange-red garland. Behind them, several men wear white dhotis and saffron-orange shawls with rudraksha malas and forehead marks, and a bald man in an orange cloth stands nearby. A woman in a sari holds a framed photo of a deity and flowers, and people in white shirts stand under a corrugated roof with a green door in the background. The scene resembles a padapuja, though the man in white is not clearly identifiable from appearance.2014-07-03A photograph of an indoor gathering with a plain reddish-orange wall behind a row of standing men in white shirts, dhotis and yellow shawls, and a man in a yellow-orange kurta. In the foreground a man in an orange saffron robe with a shaved head faces away from the camera, handing a red-and-gold folder to a smiling man in a white shirt with a rudraksha mala who has his palms pressed together in namaste. A woman kneeling at left in a white sari with glasses, a bindi and a black beaded mala looks on and speaks. Other figures stand along the right edge. The scene resembles an ashram or satsang setting.2010-08-08March 03 20092009-03-03A photograph inside a room with cream walls and a red patterned rug. A seated figure with long dark hair, a yellow flower garland and an orange sleeveless garment receives gestures from a kneeling man in white clothes with a rudraksha-style necklace and round glasses, who holds his hands out over the seated figure's palms. Around them, several women in saris (red, orange, green and beige) and men in white and black shirts stand watching with hands folded. A man in white holds a video camera on the right. A red-and-orange-clad attendant in white sits at the right holding a small silver item, with a tray of fruit beside them. Visible people: about ten.2010-02-17January 21 20102010-01-21February 21 20072007-02-21
