He has a horizontal white vibhuti mark on his forehead and a black cord around his neck, and gold bangles on his wrist. In front of him is a wooden stand with a gold pedestal and a tiered brass sri yantra-style base, with fresh fruit (apples, bananas, oranges), pink and white flowers and silver bowls as offerings. Behind is a gold-framed altar with a red silk backdrop, garlands of multicoloured flowers and a gold-decorated deity murti area. The scene appears to be a puja or abhishekam offering in a Hindu temple setting.2008-10-23October 23 20082008-10-23December 16 20122012-12-16A photograph of a ritual gathering in a hall with red walls and colourful hanging banners.
