At the centre, a long-haired man in saffron-orange cloth wears a red and white flower garland, gold-coloured necklaces and bangles, and walks barefoot. Swamiji (probable): the long swept-back hair, saffron clothing, ornate gold necklaces and rudraksha-style beads are the distinguishing cues for the central figure. Around him, attendants in orange and white robes and white dhotis carry a brass tray, a trishul and a tall ornamental parasol with multicoloured tassels. One attendant in white holds a ritual staff, and a bald priest in orange holds a cord. Behind them, devotees stand in the doorway, some with hands folded. A sign in Kannada and English reads "Do not enter the Cave" and a bell hangs from the doorway.2012-01-01October 15 20082008-10-15 +1 copiesA photograph of a procession descending a stone staircase beside a yellow railing at a temple. A central man with long swept-back dark hair, a grey-streaked beard, and a gold bead necklace wears an orange robe with maroon border and holds a white object in his hand; the appearance cues are ambiguous, so this is described only as a devotee in saffron. Around him, men in orange robes and orange head cloths wear rudraksha and gold bead malas, while white-clad attendants walk behind. Green bananas, coconut bunches and orange kalasha-like pots hang on the entrance wall beside a sign reading ANANDE.2007-12-30
