Men in white shirts, dhotis and striped shirts stand and sit on chairs and mats, while a few women in saris, some in orange, sit near tables. A framed portrait of a seated figure in orange hangs on the back wall above a doorway. In the foreground at right, a bald man in white shirt and dhoti wears a rudraksha mala and holds a small object. No visible person is clearly identifiable as a person; the seated figure in the portrait is a depiction without a clear presentation match.2008-03-12June 23 20142014-06-23 +1 copiesJuly 30 20082008-07-30Indoor hall with a wood-beamed ceiling and ceiling fans, where a crowd of people stands and sits on chairs and folding tables. Most men wear white shirts and trousers; a woman in a yellow sari sits at a table in the foreground, and women in orange and saffron garments are seated near the bottom edge. A framed portrait hangs on the wall at right, and a window at the back is decorated with a strand of flower garlands. A standing man in a white shirt and dark trousers gestures toward the room. No candidate for a person is clearly identifiable by appearance, so the photo is recorded as unsure.2008-03-12A large photograph of a packed indoor hall with a white-walled interior, a green-and-white painted ceiling and many ceiling fans. Hundreds of devotees stand close together facing forward, most wearing white garments, with many women in saffron or orange shawls and some in pastel saris. Several devotees wear beaded necklaces and rudraksha-style malas. A balcony along the upper level is also crowded with onlookers, and strings of garlands hang along the walls. The scene suggests a large congregational gathering, with no clearly visible speaker or deity in frame.2008-08-01March 12 20082008-03-12August 01 20082008-08-01Annadhan in 20082009-01-01 +2 copies
