Indoor photo of a sitting room with wood-panelled walls, a wall clock, a framed picture, a television and beige leather sofas with red-patterned cushions over a patterned rug. A bald, elderly man in orange robes walks barefoot across the room, while a woman in an orange sari with a matching orange head covering smiles beside him. Behind them, a bearded man in orange stands near a man in an orange turban holding a booklet, and a man in orange with a folder stands by the door. On the left, a man in a white shirt holds a metal pot, another man in orange stands nearby, and a white-bearded elder in orange sits on the sofa holding printed pamphlets. A cream-clothed hand is visible on the lower left. Seven people are visible, and the ritual role of the moment is unclear; the elder in front wears plain orange robes with no visible crown, malas or other distinctive regalia, so the identity of the bald figure remains uncertain.2008-02-17February 17 20082008-02-17March 26 20082008-03-26September 15 20152015-09-15 +1 copiesOutdoor evening ceremony at an ashram: a seated figure in orange robes with a rudraksha mala and a white dhoti sits on a maroon quilted seat over a leopard-print mat, while a man in orange and white bends low to tie or adjust a white cloth at the figure's feet. Around them, men in white dhotis with orange shawls stand, one holding a rolled blue folder, and two attendants hold gold parasols on poles at right. A woman in white with a lanyard stands in the background. The seated figure has long dark hair and an orange garment, appearance-based cues alone are insufficient to identify anyone, so the person is described by role as a seated devotee or sannyasi receiving a ritual service.2008-03-26September 10 20152015-09-10October 29 20082008-10-29A seated elder in an orange sari sits on an ornate white throne decorated with an Om symbol, with a red cushion behind her, in a plain room with a ceiling fan and tube light. Around her, many men and women in saffron and orange robes stand or sit, several with shaved heads and one with a long white beard and orange turban. A young boy in a pink shirt stands at right beside an older man in an orange turban and white beard. Two framed photographs hang on the wall: one of a saint in orange robes seated, the other showing a smiling saffron-clad figure. A flower arrangement sits at upper left, and a small table with an open book is in the foreground. Several devotees gather for a satsang or darshan.2008-02-17September 17 20152015-09-17 +2 copiesOctober 29 20082008-10-29March 28 20082008-03-28A photograph inside a plain hall with a wall of hanging brass bells and orange-and-red drapes. A long-haired man in an orange robe with rudraksha malas sits on a maroon cushioned seat behind a white-draped table with a water bottle and microphone. Barefoot, he gestures with his hands while speaking. To the right, a bearded man in an orange robe holds papers and stands at a microphone stand. Behind them, about six men in white kurtas and white dhotis with neck beads stand in a line, several with hands folded. The seated man has long swept-back hair and rudraksha malas, cues consistent with the page's reference to a person, though the appearance is not fully certain.2008-03-23
