A photograph of a round stainless steel thali tray set on a dark wooden table, holding about ten small steel katoris of rice dishes. Clockwise from the top: a brown lentil dish, plain white rice, a yellow rice with green chilies, white rice with green herbs, a rice with diced vegetables and a small white garnish, a golden tamarind-style rice, a reddish spiced rice, a vegetable rice with bay leaves and carrots, and plain white rice on the lower left. A steel cup sits in the centre. On a separate silver tray at upper left, a steel bowl holds a mixed rice dish topped with a red flower petal, beside a small steel tumbler. No people are visible. This appears to be a serving of prasadam-style rice dishes from a temple annadan meal.
