Inside a temple hall with red drapes and a gilded throne, a man in an orange-brown robe and rust-coloured turban sits on the golden seat, hands pressed together at his face, with a white cup on a small side table beside him. Facing the altar, a bare-chested priest in an orange dhoti stands holding a lamp toward a deity murti decorated with white and yellow flower garlands, a golden peacock vehicle in front, and a golden kalasha-style stand with brass oil lamps and trishul-topped staffs around it. Ornate pillars, banners with red and yellow embroidery, and a painted portrait of a seated figure in pink and orange complete the scene.2016-10-31 +1 copiesA temple-style hall with a richly carved golden throne at left, where a bearded man with long dark hair wearing an orange-saffron turban, orange shawl and beaded necklaces sits and speaks into a microphone on a stand. Facing the throne, a priest in orange dhoti and bare-chested with a rudraksha-style garland kneels at a low altar before a deity murti decorated with a yellow garment, white and red flower garlands and gold ornaments, flanked by ornate decorated umbrellas and brass lamps. Tall golden trishula staffs stand around the altar and a tray with offerings sits on the red carpet. The scene suggests a puja or abhishekam during a discourse, with the seated figure with saffron-orange clothing matching a person presence on the throne.2016-10-31September 02 20162016-09-02A ceremonial stage scene in a temple-style hall. On the left, a seated figure in a deep red-maroon robe and matching turban sits on an ornate gold throne with leopard-print cushions, hands pressed together in namaskar, wearing a pink flower garland and a gold pendant. On the right, a priest in saffron-orange dhoti and shawl, bare-chested with ash markings, holds a bell and a lamp before a golden peacock-vehicle deity murti draped in a garland and silver-and-jewelled adornment, with a gold mandapa and two orange-and-blue decorated umbrellas. Brass oil lamps stand in front, and a red-and-blue patterned carpet lies below. Behind the throne is a golden relief of a four-armed deity. The seated figure's clothing and garland are visible; a throne and devotion posture alone do not establish identity, so no appearance-based label is applied.2016-09-02 +1 copiesJuly 13 20152015-07-13A photograph of a temple puja in a decorated hall. On the left, a man with an orange turban and saffron-orange robes sits with palms pressed together in namaskar on an ornate gilded throne with red cushions, a white cup on a small side table nearby. Before him stands a gold-and-red murti of a deity on a golden vahana, garlanded with white and yellow flower garlands, flanked by gold trident standards and red-and-gold canopies. A shirtless man in an orange dhoti with a rudraksha mala offers a lamp and flowers at the deity, with brass lamps and fruit offerings on the floor. The scene reflects a worship ceremony such as an abhishekam or puja.2016-10-31 +1 copiesAugust 25 20172017-08-25November 29 20172017-11-29 +1 copiesOctober 31 20162016-10-31 +1 copiesNovember 27 20172017-11-27A temple-style stage with red curtains and golden thrones decorated with marigold garlands. A seated figure in saffron-orange robes, red turban and rudraksha mala sits with palms pressed together in greeting at the centre, before a golden nandi and an ornate silver frame. A standing attendant in an orange dhoti offers puja near an oil lamp at left, and a deity murti in green and white with a crown sits on a throne at right. Brass lamps and marigold offerings sit on the platform. The central seated figure is an appearance-based probable Swamiji candidate given the saffron robes, turban and mala, though the page's identity claim cannot be confirmed from appearance alone.2017-11-11August 28 20162016-08-28
