Behind it, a large figure wearing an orange turban, a jewelled crown-like band, gold necklaces and gold bangles sits on a gilded seat, partly hidden by the garlands. In front, a white marble seated figure in an orange robe and orange turban, with a rudraksha-style mala, raises one hand in blessing. A silver jewelled necklace hangs over the lower garlands. Carved stone pillars frame the scene. These are statues and decorated figures, not physical people, and the seated figures are not distinct enough to confirm a particular identity.2010-12-14July 21 20102010-07-21April 30 20122012-04-30A shrine scene with a seated figure adorned in yellow-and-gold ceremonial dress, wearing a gold crown and a garland of yellow and orange flowers, seated before a backdrop of teal and pink draped cloth with gold-embossed panels. Brass lamps stand at the sides and a small brass oil lamp sits in front. This is a deity murti and statue arrangement, with no living people visible.2009-09-22A photograph of an ornate temple shrine with a large gilded deity murti under a golden hooded cobra canopy, its face veiled in orange cloth and adorned with a green-jewelled crown, a long garland of yellow marigolds and purple flowers draped around it. Below sits a smaller white seated figure in red robes, right hand raised in blessing, with a red and silver backrest and beaded necklace. Brass oil lamps, bowls and vessels stand in front on the red-draped platform, while a white-robed attendant and a green-curtained gilded arch frame the scene. No living people are visible.2011-12-28
