The statue wears an orange-red shawl and a matching turban, and is draped with long garlands of red and white flowers that hang down to a black pedestal. Flower petals and a small red offering lie on the platform, and an orange-painted stone object sits at the front. Green tree foliage surrounds the shrine in an outdoor setting. The bent man is a devotee performing a padapuja-style offering; no physical candidate for a person is clearly present.2009-10-17A photograph of a dark stone statue seated outdoors beneath leafy tree branches, dressed in an orange saffron shawl and an orange-and-maroon turban, with a red bindi on the forehead. Yellow, white and magenta flower garlands hang over its shoulders and chest, and a rudraksha mala is visible among them. The statue holds a tall staff topped with a carved finial in its raised hand. In front, a man with a shaved head wears a white kurta and a yellow shawl draped over his shoulders, and he is adjusting or placing the garland on the statue. A second person in white with a yellow shawl stands partly visible at the right edge.2009-12-17June 30 20102010-06-30February 05 20152015-02-05
