A photograph of a bare-chested man seen from behind during a ritual, wearing a purple headcloth with gold zari and a gold tassel. He has a red thread around his neck and a white sacred cord over his shoulder, and a wristwatch on one wrist. Smoke or steam drifts behind him, and a figure in white cloth stands in the background, with another person in white dhoti and yellow cloth at the right edge. The setting suggests a homa or abhishekam, but the ritual is only partly visible.

A priest in white dhoti and a yellow-and-blue sash stands at a stone or brass bowl on a flower-decorated altar, pouring from a tall brass or copper pot. He wears a magenta-and-purple turban and a thin necklace, and his bare upper torso is visible. Fine mist or sprayed water catches the light in the air above him, and marigold-orange and yellow flowers and white offerings lie on the altar. Hanging brass lamps and a tented pavilion frame the scene.

Two men sit before a brass bowl on a wooden platform strewn with white rice, red petals and yellow flowers, with smoke rising in the foreground. The bare-chested man on the right wears a purple headcloth with a yellow tassel, a red thread around the neck, rudraksha and multi-coloured beaded malas, a white dhoti with a blue border, and a wristwatch; he gestures forward with his right hand. The second man beside him wears a yellow-and-maroon bordered dhoti and gold bangles and holds a handheld microphone. Blurred devotees in white are seated behind them.

A photograph of a man in a white dhoti with a gold-bordered cloth bending low over a stone ledge, his head and shoulders partly obscured by rising smoke from incense or a sacrificial fire. He wears a red-brown rudraksha mala around his neck and a white upper cloth. His dark hair is tied in a knot at the top of his head. A brass vessel holding incense sticks sits at the right edge, and a red wall and pale doorway form the blurred background. The man appears to be in a devotional posture, such as a prostration or offering. The scene is a single person in a temple or ashram setting.

A bare-chested man with a white tilak on his forehead and arms holds a lit oil lamp or ritual flame in his right hand, with smoke rising from it. He wears rudraksha and multicoloured beaded malas around his neck, gold bangles and earrings. Behind him are blurred dark stone shrines and small lamps, and to the left a person in white cloth is partly visible. The setting suggests a ritual puja or aarti.

A man performs an abhishekam-style pouring ritual at night under stage lights. He is bare-chested with an orange turban, an orange and dark bead mala, and a yellow-and-red patterned cloth wrapped at his waist. He holds a silver kalasha-like vessel wrapped in white cloth and decorated with yellow marigold flowers and grass blades, and water streams from its spout. A watch is on his wrist. The background is blurred with bright lights and a stage structure.

A bare-chested man with his eyes closed and palms pressed together in namaste stands in front of a rising haze of smoke. He wears a blue cloth wrapped as a turban, an orange-and-maroon striped shawl draped over his shoulders, a multi-strand rudraksha-style mala and a gold chain, plus a black wristwatch and red and silver bangles. A second man in the background, with a yellow tilak on his forehead, stands beside a metal bowl. The scene is a ritual setting with a warm, smoky atmosphere.
