A photograph of two grey birds with black heads and bright orange bills perched on a weathered wooden plank above a grey, murky river surface scattered with small floating debris. The birds face away from each other, one looking left and the other right. A rusted metal plate with stamped numbers is fixed to the wooden boards, and a crumpled magenta cloth is tied to the post at the right edge. No people are visible.
