A photograph of a close, intimate moment on a stage at night. A figure in orange robes with long dark curly hair tied back in a bun presses one hand onto the forehead of a man with short dark curly hair and a moustache, who has his eyes closed and a pained, absorbed expression. The man wears an orange top over a dark striped shirt. At the left edge, a man in a white garment with a yellow shawl and a thin cord stands partly visible. Behind them is a dark stage backdrop with stage lighting.2009-11-17 +1 copiesPhotograph of a man with dark hair and a grey moustache in a white shirt and gold bracelet, eyes closed, being blessed with a hand placed on his forehead by a figure in a red sleeveless top and orange shawl with long dark hair tied back. Another man in white stands behind them, and a few people are partly visible at the edges. In the background a dim hall has white garments on a rack and a framed portrait, with a seated figure at lower left. The orange-shawled figure is a candidate for a person by appearance cues of long swept hair and orange clothing, but the face and build are not clear enough to confirm, so this is marked as probable and uncertain.2009-07-25A photograph of a man in a grey short-sleeved shirt with eyes closed, head bowed, receiving a blessing as another man in orange and red robes places his right hand on the top of his head and holds his shoulder. Behind them, a person in white with a yellow shawl and rudraksha mala stands in a dim hall, with a crowd of people visible in the background at a darkened venue. The man in orange has short, swept-back dark hair and is smiling, appearing to be a sannyasi giving darshan or a blessing at a workshop setting.2009-09-13 +1 copiesSeptember 04 20112011-09-04 +1 copiesAugust 22 20122012-08-22 +1 copiesDecember 12 20092009-12-12August 22 20122012-08-22 +1 copiesIndoor photo of a man in a light blue shirt bending forward while a man in an orange sleeveless robe with a draped orange shawl places his hands on the top of his head in a blessing. Behind them stand women in yellow and green saris and a woman in a patterned top with a red-and-white garment; a person in orange is visible at the right edge and a red cloth lies at the left. Plain white walls and a thatched ceiling frame the scene. The orange-robed figure shows long dark hair and a sleeveless saffron robe, but his appearance alone does not establish an identity.2009-12-13A photograph of an initiation moment. A bare-chested man with long dark dreadlocked hair, a white tilak on his forehead, and a rust-orange shawl with rudraksha beads presses both palms onto the head of a young man in a white shirt, who is bowed forward with eyes closed and one hand raised. Another man in white stands behind them, and golden ornamental figures and a red curtain fill the background.2017-06-24September 13 20092009-09-13 +1 copiesJuly 25 20092009-07-25A photograph of a man in a red robe with gold border and a rudraksha mala necklace placing his right hand on the head of a young man with curly dark hair and light stubble. The young man wears a plain white-grey t-shirt and faces the robed man closely. The robed man has slicked-back hair in a bun, a red tilak on his forehead, and looks down with focus. A blurred warm lamp light and a dark curtain appear in the background. The setting appears to be an indoor hall during a blessing or darshan-style interaction.2011-09-04 +1 copies
