A seated man in an ornate golden throne-style chair wears a rust-red turban with gold ornaments, a matching red-orange robe and a long string of rudraksha beads, with a vibhuti mark on his forehead; he smiles and extends an arm while a man in a white shirt with a blue lanyard and rudraksha mala bends forward to receive him. Behind them a woman in white and another person are partly visible. A red tiger-striped cushion and a dark red curtain frame the scene; a silver-handled ceremonial staff and a book are near the seated figure.
