A photograph of a yoga session in a bright tiled studio with a rack of dumbbells against the wall. Four men in white and casual clothes kneel and bend forward with their palms on blue and green exercise mats, in a child's-pose style stretch. Two dumbbells sit in the foreground on a blue mat, next to an orange rope. In the background a man in a white shirt and white dhoti sits on a chair beside a low wooden bench, watching. Red plastic chairs line the room near a glass door.

A group of men practise seated forward-bend stretches on pink exercise mats on a polished floor. The foreground man wears a white t-shirt and black track trousers, head lowered to his knees and hands gripping his feet, with small chrome dumbbells beside him. To the right, another man in a white shirt and black trousers with a dark beaded necklace leans forward similarly. A third person in black sits at left, and white metal railings and a curtained wall form the background. No deity, throne or ritual objects are visible.

A large tiled hall where many people practise yoga on green and blue mats with metal rods and dumbbells placed among them. In the foreground a man in a white shirt and white trousers bends forward with his hands on a green mat printed with Nithyananda Dhyanapeetam, and a man in a black t-shirt and checked shorts kneels beside him. Behind them rows of participants in varied clothing stretch in the same posture. Framed portraits hang on the wall and orange and maroon cloth draped over objects stands at the back of the room.

Four men exercise on blue and green yoga mats on a polished white marble floor, performing a forearm plank position with hands clasped in front of them. The man in front wears an orange t-shirt and grey trousers and is barefoot. Behind him a man in a white shirt and grey-green trousers is in the same pose, and further back another man in white is in a child's pose with his forehead near the floor. Two silver dumbbells rest on the mat in the foreground. In the background are ornate gold-coloured ritual carts or palanquins with red fabric and a water bottle.

A photograph of an indoor hall with a polished floor where many people lie on mats doing supine dumbbell exercises. In the foreground, a man in white clothes holds two chrome dumbbells on a green mat, and another man in a plaid shirt and grey trousers holds dumbbells on a red mat. Black plastic chairs and more people lying on red and pink mats stand in the background. Water bottles sit on the floor. The scene appears to show a group fitness session rather than a ritual.

Several men practise yoga bow-pose variations on blue and green mats in a bright, polished-floor hall with chrome dumbbells on the floor. In the foreground a bald man in a grey polo and dark track pants holds his ankles while lying prone and arching. Behind him a man in a white kurta and dark trousers, a man in an orange top and grey pants, and a man in a blue striped shirt do similar stretches, with an orange water bottle nearby. A man in white is visible at the far right edge.

A group of men practise yoga in a bright hall with a polished marble floor. Several are in plank-like or forearm-supported poses on coloured yoga mats in blue, purple, pink and green. The man in front on a pink mat wears a white t-shirt and bends forward with his hands clasped beneath his forehead. Steel dumbbells lie on the floor between the mats. Other practitioners wear grey t-shirts, white shirts and dark track pants. A bed and red chairs are visible in the background.
