December 30 20072007-12-30January 30 20072007-01-30 +1 copiesStage event photo at a convention with a white backdrop and a banner reading in Tamil with the date 09.02.08 and Namakkal, and a row of yellow sunflower motifs along the top. A figure in an orange saffron wrap, orange top and orange head turban, with a beaded rudraksha-style necklace, stands on the left handing a small white envelope or card to a young man in an orange shirt and dark trousers, who stands barefoot on a red-carpeted stage with scattered white petals. Two people are visible. The left figure's appearance is an uncertain fit for the page's claim, so the role is described as a sannyasi presenting an award; the Tamil banner text is read as a convention title. White flower petals are scattered on the red stage carpet.2008-02-09November 02 20102010-11-02 +1 copiesFebruary 09 20082008-02-09November 21 20102010-11-21February 09 20082008-02-09Photo 11735897Photo 11689741December 30 20072007-12-30A photograph of a stage event with a red carpet and a white banner behind, partly reading Tamil text and '2008'. On the left, a figure in saffron-orange robes and an orange head wrap stands with hands extended. In the centre, a man in white dhoti and a gold-bordered shawl bows deeply with his head near the ground, a red cap on his head. A seated or kneeling devotee in a light blue sari with a gold border receives the gesture. Flower petals scatter the floor, and sunflower motifs decorate the top of the banner. a person appearance cues are not clearly sufficient on the standing saffron figure, so identity remains unsure.2008-02-092010 - Photo Album +1 copies
