He has long white hair and a full white beard, is bare-chested with a white cloth draped over his shoulders and lap, and rests his hands on his knees. Behind him, folded dark blue and pink cloths are piled on the ground, and a large metal pot sits at left. In the far right background, several people in light clothing stand near the enclosure. The print shows surface wear, spots and tears along its edges.May 29 20202020-05-29May 16 20202020-05-16A framed photograph hangs on a white wall, showing a seated elderly sage in pale yellow robes with hands resting in his lap. He wears a broad light-blue vibhuti band across his forehead, a heavy rudraksha-style mala with gold-toned beads hanging to his chest, a purple wrist bead bracelet, and a maroon dhoti with a gold border. His hands rest on his knees in a meditative posture. Behind him are a red wall, a framed deity painting, hanging silver chains and a carved white pillar.2020-05-16A photograph of a wall display in a room with a white-painted ceiling of wooden planks. Several framed painted portraits hang in a row: a seated bearded ascetic in saffron-orange robes with a matted topknot, another bearded ascetic in orange with a rudraksha mala and sacred-ash markings, a bearded figure in saffron riding a striped tiger in front of a blue mountain landscape, and a richly gilded-frame portrait of a shaven-headed seated figure in pale pink-saffron robes with a rudraksha mala and a red mark on the forehead. A small framed picture of a deity sits lower on the left, and a framed portrait of a man in red clothing hangs at the bottom right. A small photograph in a niche shows a man in red raising one hand beside a deity figure. These are painted and printed images on the wall, with no physical people present.2012-05-24 +1 copiesA framed painted portrait hangs on a white wall, photographed as a photo of a wall-mounted picture. The painting shows a seated, bald-headed saint in pink-saffron robes with a red tilak on the forehead, wearing a green and pink flower garland and a dark rudraksha-style bead necklace. A blue halo surrounds his head, and he sits on a cushioned seat with a lion or tiger figure below, against a dark backdrop with red, green and cream decorative arches. A printed Devanagari caption runs along the bottom of the painting. This is a depiction on a wall, not a person physically present, so the appearance-based label is a person only as a painted figure; the caption is not legible enough to attribute.2008-07-10March 01 20182018-03-01
