May 08 20082008-05-08A seated figure in an orange saffron robe with long dark hair sits with palms pressed together in a namaskar gesture on a white draped sofa on a stage. A white-draped table holds a water bottle in front. A wall banner shows a black-and-white portrait of a bearded man with a rudraksha mala and Tamil text reading Nithyananda Dhyanapeetam Chennai Mayyam (Chennai branch), attributed to the banner. The stage has a dark side wall and a coloured light prism flare at upper right. Appearance-based cues on the seated figure (long hair, saffron robe) are consistent with a candidate, but identity remains uncertain.2008-05-08May 09 20082008-05-09July 11 20092009-07-11A figure seated cross-legged on a raised stage in front of a large backdrop reading Nithya Dhyaan in Tamil and English. The seated person wears an orange turban and orange robes, with long dark hair and rudraksha-style beads, and holds palms pressed together at the face in a namaskar or meditation posture. A white-draped table with a water bottle sits to the left, and a white-draped platform with a cushion and microphone stands in front of the figure. Two white-clad attendants sit on either side. The scene suggests a seated meditation session, with the figure framed by the printed program name above.2008-05-09May 09 20082008-05-09A seated figure in orange robes with long dark hair and a rudraksha mala sits with palms pressed together in namaste on a large white cushioned throne-like seat on a stage. Audience members with white head coverings and white cloths sit in the foreground, and a microphone stand stands before the seat. The Nithyananda Dhyanapeetam logo appears at the top right of the banner.2009-07-11May 09 20082008-05-092004 - sacred collections uncategorisedA photograph of a stage event with a seated figure in orange robes with long, swept-back dark hair and a rudraksha mala, hands pressed together in namaste, sitting on a white dome-backed throne with white cushions. A microphone stands at right. Behind him is a large banner: a portrait labelled "Paramahamsa Nithya..." showing a smiling woman with a red bindi in orange clothing and a rudraksha mala, beside a red-and-white Tamil banner reading "Kalpataru" with a smaller subtitle.
