Under a tent with striped woven mats, rows of small brick fire pits stand on the ground, each set with brass vessels, a ladle, plates of flowers and fruit, and saffron-coloured cloth offerings, arranged for a homa or yagna ritual. Two figures are partly visible at the top edge: one in white dhoti and one in saffron robes, with a garlanded table behind them. No person is seated at the fire pits. A black bag rests among the mats.

A large white hall filled with rows of small white brick fire pits arranged on woven mats, each with brass bowls, dried wood, fruit, flowers and brass lamps set out, apparently for a homa or yagna. Rows of purple and white banners hang from the ceiling, and a poster on the back wall shows photographs with printed text. Two palm fronds stand beside the poster, and coloured streamers decorate the walls. No people are visible in the hall.

A row of rectangular brick fire pits, several built up in stacked brick, sits on striped woven mats laid over grass under a shaded canopy. Each pit has a brass vessel and brass ladle or spoon set beside it, with brass plates, small brass cups, and kumkum or orange-cloth offerings. Some plates hold white, yellow and pink flower petals and offerings. A dark bag rests at upper left and a standing person in grey clothing appears at the top right edge, partly cut off. No ritual participants are seated at the pits in the frame, and no one is visible at the front of the arrangement.

Outdoor homa ceremony under a red and white tent on bare ground. Several men in white kurta-style clothes sit cross-legged on woven mats, many wearing yellow or saffron shawls. Small square fire pits made of white brick hold a small flame, with brass vessels and flower petals around them. Metal trays of fruit, flowers, and offerings lie on the ground, and an elaborately decorated stage with a kalasha display stands at right. Around a dozen seated onlookers in the background watch from behind the mats. No figure is clearly identifiable as a person from appearance.

A photograph of an open-air homa or yagna setup under a shelter of trees and a canopy. Rows of unfired brick fire pits stand on woven mats in striped green, red and blue. Brass bowls, ladles, spoons, small brass lamps and kalasha-style vessels sit on each pit and on brass plates. Orange cloths are folded on several plates, and flower petals and fruit sit in small offering plates. No people are visible in the frame apart from a partial arm at the right edge and a pair of legs at the top left.

Outdoor homa ritual under a open tent with a white and red canopy. Many men in white dhotis and white shirts sit cross-legged on mats and low platforms around square fire pits lined with white bricks and marigold petals. Brass vessels, a ladle and trays of wood sticks and offerings sit beside them, and smoke rises from the pits. Behind them, more people sit on the ground and a few walk among banana plants and a red-fenced area. No a person candidate is clearly identifiable here.

A large open dirt ground is covered with hundreds of small brick fire pits arranged in tidy rows, each holding a small pile of burnt offerings with flower petals or garlands and a woven mat placed beside it. Several men in white clothes walk between the rows, and one bends low near a pit. Trees, low buildings, a utility pole and a spectators' area frame the field.

Outdoor fire ritual on bare ground under a canopy. In the foreground a square fire pit of white brick is flanked by marigold petals, smoke rising from it and a brass ladle resting at its edge. Several men in white dhotis and white shirts sit cross-legged on mats, some with hands pressed in anjali, others tending offerings on steel trays of fruit and flowers. Behind them stand tiered brick platforms and a row of kalasha pots stacked on the right, with an orange-draped seat beside them. A framed picture of a deity hangs on the backdrop, and a few onlookers in white stand nearby, with a vehicle and tents visible at the edge. This appears to be a homa or yagna.

A large outdoor field filled with hundreds of small square brick fire pits arranged in rows across bare dry ground. Each pit is built from reddish-orange bricks, some with yellow lichen-like marks, and contains a heap of thin white wooden sticks, with bundles of similar sticks and leaves scattered around the edges. A red canopy edge is visible at the top of the frame. No people are visible in the scene. This appears to be a mass homa or yagna setup of fire pits for a ritual.
