He looks upward attentively with hands folded in his lap. Beside him, a younger man in white shirt and white dhoti sits with a badge on his chest, and a row of seated devotees in white and orange stretches across the background. A seated bald man in a white kurta wears a red rudraksha mala and an orange-red shawl printed with script, and he clasps his hands while smiling toward the front of a hall. Beside him a man with a beard and orange shawl sits in a white outfit, and rows of seated attendees in white and orange-red clothing fill the room, with wooden chairs in the foreground. The seated man shows no distinctive saffron or crown cues, so his identity is not established from appearance and he is described by role only as a seated participant.

A seated man in white ritual clothing with an orange-red shawl printed with script sits on a red floor covering, resting his chin on one hand with a thoughtful expression. He wears a red bindi, a wooden rudraksha-style mala and a red-and-white wrist string, and a red lanyard hangs around his neck. Behind him, other seated people wear similar orange shawls and white kurtas. The setting appears to be a large indoor hall. Only the seated man is clearly visible in the foreground, with a few partially visible people behind him.
