Photograph of a ritual procession in an open, tiled courtyard with a string of colourful pennant flags overhead. In the centre, a man with long swept-back hair, a white tilak on his forehead and a long gold-beaded garland stands in a rust-red and gold-bordered shawl and dhoti. Flanking him, two attendants in matching rust-red and gold garments wear rudraksha malas; the attendant on the right carries a silver tray with a red cloth and offerings. Smoke or incense drifts through the air. Behind them, several men in white dhotis and shirts and a man in a striped shirt watch. Along the right side, bronze and brass deity murtis and lamps stand on a table, and a few more people are visible in the background. The central figure shows distinctive long hair, ornate gold garland and ceremonial dress, so he is a probable Swamiji in appearance; the attendants and onlookers are devotees.2014-10-02A seated man in a rust-red dhoti and wrap with a gold-bordered edge sits in an orange leather armchair, holding a small brown carved figure in his hands and working on it with a thin stick or tool. He wears a long necklace of golden beads with dark rudraksha-like spheres, has a white horizontal tilak with a red dot on his forehead, and looks down with a faint smile. Behind him a second person in rust-red robes stands holding a red cloth. A green tinsel garland with purple bows hangs on the right, and the floor is orange.2014-10-02July 25 20142014-07-25Two men in orange-saffron robes stand in a room with cream-and-brown marble walls and a large mirror. The man on the right, wearing a long gold-bead necklace and a saffron shawl with a gold border, has a white-and-red forehead marking and smiles at the camera. A second man on the left, bare-chested with a rudraksha mala and orange wrap, also smiles with white markings on his arms and forehead. Red and black microphones with a green-logo tag sit in the lower left.2012-05-10September 14 20152015-09-14July 02 20142014-07-02 +1 copiesTwo men in saffron-orange robes walk through a doorway of carved wooden doors in a cream-walled interior with a ceiling fan. The man in front is bald, has a white vertical mark and red bindi on his forehead, wears a gold-coloured crown-like headband, a rudraksha-style dark bead mala and a heavy gold necklace over a bare chest, with a saffron wrap. Behind him, a second man in an orange robe and gold headband wears a layered gold garland and gold bangles and smiles. Several people in white dhotis stand behind the doors, and a partially visible man in white is at the right edge.2012-04-29May 28 20122012-05-28May 14 20122012-05-14 +2 copiesAugust 24 20142014-08-24May 16 20122012-05-16October 08 20152015-10-08
