He holds a folded white paper out to a kneeling devotee in a white shirt and orange shawl, whose hands are pressed together in anjali. A tall silver trident stands beside them, with a gold-toned base. Behind them a banner shows temple imagery in red and orange, and women in orange and white stand in the background. Appearance cues are ambiguous, so the seated figure's identity is uncertain.2014-05-11A photograph of a seated figure on a red-cushioned throne-like seat, viewed from behind-left, wearing a tiger-striped saffron-and-black garment and a long garland of white and red flowers with green leaves, with a gold ornate object near the shoulder. Two women kneel at the right in front of a white-draped low platform covered with yellow flower petals: one in a white blouse with an orange shawl and long loose hair, the other in a red blouse, orange shawl, rudraksha mala and a red bindi, both with hands extended toward the platform in ritual offering. Behind them, several people in saffron and orange robes stand in a hall, and a green-lit screen is visible in the background.2012-12-16December 16 20122012-12-16December 17 20112011-12-17A figure in saffron-orange robe with long swept-back dark hair and an orange-yellow marigold garland sits on an ornate gold throne with red cushions, one hand extended toward a man lying prostrate face-down on red floor covering in front of the seat, wearing a white dhoti with a red-and-gold border. Nearby, a woman in white with a brown shawl and rudraksha-style beads kneels, and a few onlookers stand or sit behind, including a girl in a green-and-white dress and a boy in a yellow shirt. A red backdrop, potted plants and a gold-and-yellow cloth are visible.2016-05-06A seated man in an orange-brown robe with a gold-and-white garland and a gold necklace raises a long orange-red rudraksha mala with both hands while a bald devotee in a white kurta and beaded mala kneels before him with palms together, holding a yellow fruit. Behind them, several women in white saris and orange-and-blue sarees stand with palms pressed together, some wearing rudraksha malas. A white-shirted man stands at the right edge beside a red-draped seat with a gold carved armrest. The seated man has a white forehead mark and wears a gold earring. The floor is red carpet and the backdrop is red curtains. The seated man is a probable Swamiji by appearance: long swept-back hair, ornate gold necklace and rudraksha-adorned ceremonial setting, with an orange robe.2014-07-11 +1 copies
