Photo of a stage being prepared before a satsang. A large arched frame wrapped in green foliage and decorated with marigolds and red flowers stands in front of a gold-draped backdrop. Beside it a wooden throne-like seat is covered with an orange cloth and gold trim. A man in a white dhoti and shirt stands near the throne, while another man in olive-green shirt works at the arch, with loose green leaves and petals scattered on the floor. Navy blue curtains hang behind, and cushions lie at the left edge.2010-12-06December 06 20102010-12-06January 06 20132013-01-06A photograph of a ceremonial stage scene. A central figure with long dark hair and a full beard sits on a gold throne with lion-head armrests, wearing an orange-brown robe and a pink-and-white flower garland, beneath a large arch of marigold and rose garlands in red, yellow, green and white. Behind the arch a dark deity murti is partly visible. A woman in a green sari with a red border and rudraksha mala stands at the left of the throne, while a person in orange kneels at the throne's base, near a metal pot. On the left, a man in white dhoti with gold border and a man in an orange shawl with rudraksha malas stand by, and on the right several women in orange and saffron robes with malas stand with folded hands. A trident is visible at left. Swamiji (probable): the central seated figure has long swept-back hair, a saffron robe, a garland and rudraksha mala, seated on a throne, consistent with the page's identification.2016-12-23April 28 20152015-04-28December 23 20162016-12-23A photograph inside a temple shrine showing a group of priests in saffron and maroon garments performing ritual worship before a large deity murti of Shiva and Parvati seated together on a pedestal, decorated with garlands of yellow, orange and multicoloured flowers. A priest in a saffron dhoti with bare upper body and a dark turban pours liquid from a vessel over a black linga-like stone in front of the murti, while another priest in maroon holds a bowl. A seated figure in a maroon garment with a dark cap and garland sits at the right, and a small brass figure and a gold kalasha-like object rest on the floor. Gold arches frame the shrine. This appears to be an abhishekam with a Mahashivaratri setting. Four priests are visible. The shrine is Hindu temple worship, with no clear identification of any individual.2016-03-07Indoor stage set as a forest-like shrine: a dark curtained backdrop with painted trees, potted plants and rocks on the floor. A golden deity murti sits in an arched gold frame draped with multicoloured flower garlands and a green cloth, with a figure statue nearby. On the right, a bald man in an orange dhoti and orange shawl holds a lit oil lamp (aarti) toward the deities. On the left, a seated man with long dark hair, a red-orange shawl and a flower garland sits beside potted plants and a golden figure sculpture. Three people are visible.2015-01-04October 18 20152015-10-18A figure seated with palms pressed together in namaste on an ornate golden throne (peetha) on a decorated stage. The seated person wears a light blue top with a pale cream-and-gold draped garment and a small white crown-like headpiece. The throne has red cushioned seats, gold lion-shaped armrests and a white-and-gold front panel, and sits beneath a white fringed canopy. Behind it, a large arch of red, yellow, purple and orange flower garlands frames the seat, with fern and marigold swags on draped silver-grey and gold curtains and an orange backdrop. Potted flower arrangements flank the stage.2008-12-27December 23 20102010-12-23 +1 copiesA photograph of a temple ritual at night beside a large deity murti adorned with multicolored garlands in red, yellow, green, purple and white. The murti wears a green and gold garment and a crown. A figure in a saffron-orange robe with long hair and a gold necklace stands on a raised platform, reaching toward the murti. Two priests in saffron-orange robes, one with a rudraksha mala, hold brass plates of offerings on the left. A white cloth covers a small table, and a yellow cloth hangs in the foreground beside a seated figure in white with a yellow turban. Ornate stone pillars and a red curtain frame the scene.
