Devotees sit on the floor in rows on both sides of a long red carpet, watching a ritual at the altar. Several priests in white dhotis stand near the shrine, and a figure in saffron robes sits on the red carpet in the foreground. A camera operator films the proceedings at right. Brass lamps and kalasha-style decorations line the altar area, and striped painted pillars flank the entrance.2011-11-01December 31 20082008-12-31Interior of a temple hall with orange-painted walls and a red carpet runner leading to a shrine. At the shrine, a golden deity murti with a crown is decorated with garlands, and attendants in orange and saffron robes stand near the altar. Rows of seated devotees fill both sides of the aisle: men in white dhotis and kurtas on the left, and women in colourful saris and salwar kameez, some with long braids and flowers in their hair, on the right. A standing figure in orange cloth is visible near the altar, and white-clad men stand at the far left. Brass lamps and offerings sit before the deity.2010-07-21December 23 20102010-12-23July 21 20102010-07-21Interior of a covered temple hall with a central red carpet aisle leading to an altar. Two saffron-robed figures sit before a golden deity murti with garlands and flowers, pink curtains behind it. Devotees in white clothes sit on the floor on both sides of the aisle, many with hands folded, while others stand near metal railings. Colourful painted pillars with kalasha-like tops line the hall. Partially visible figures in white and a woman in a blue sari stand at the right edge. Overall the scene reads as a darshan or puja gathering.2010-06-18December 30 20092009-12-30July 21 20102010-07-21June 18 20102010-06-18December 30 20082008-12-30
