July 21 20052005-07-21A photograph in an indoor hall with a green mat floor, columns, ceiling fans and wooden doors. In the foreground a person with long dark wavy hair and a tilak on the forehead, wearing an orange robe, stands with palms pressed together in anjali mudra, eyes closed and head bowed, holding a long metal rod. Behind them, several men in orange shawls and white dhotis stand with hands folded in greeting, one older man wearing a rudraksha mala, and another figure in white dress and an orange shawl stands at right.2006-06-03December 25 20092009-12-25Photo of several men in orange and white clothing outside a whitewashed building with an open doorway draped in orange cloth. In the centre, a long-haired man in an orange robe and bare feet wears a multi-coloured flower garland and a large gold pendant, smiling. To the right, a man in white kurta with an orange shawl holds a tall ornate silver staff. On the left, an older man in orange shawl and white clothes wears a red forehead mark. Several other men in orange shawls stand behind. The central man shows distinctive long swept hair, garland and gold pendant, so this is a person candidate present in person.2007-12-23A photograph of a doorway at an event, with a red cloth canopy strung with small triangular bunting above. A man in a white dhoti and shirt, with a rudraksha mala around his neck and dark sunglasses, carries a white cloth bundle on his head. Beside him, a man in white holds a long wooden pole. On the right, a smiling person in an orange-saffron robe, with long swept-back hair, wears a long garland of white flowers with multicoloured accents and holds a dark walking cane while walking barefoot. Other people in white clothing stand behind them. Orange bunting and a framed picture are visible in the background.2007-02-24A barefoot man in orange saffron robes and an orange head wrap stands in a doorway with palms pressed together in a namaste greeting, smiling. He wears a long rudraksha mala around his neck and has long dark hair falling past his shoulders. Behind him, a small crowd of people peers through the open wooden door: a man in a light shirt holding a camera, a woman in a white sari holding a young child, and others in the dim interior. The doorway has a pale pink frame with a stained-glass transom showing lotus motifs, and a wooden chair sits to the left on a polished floor.A photograph of a long, narrow white corridor inside a building. A central figure with long dark hair, a red-orange vibhuti mark on the forehead, a dark rudraksha mala and an orange saffron robe walks forward barefoot in brown sandals. Devotees on the left in orange shawls and white clothes press their palms together in anjali. A woman on the right in white with an orange shawl also holds her hands together. Behind the figure a man in white dhoti and orange shawl walks. A standing fan, a red cabinet with gold ornamental panels and wooden crates with brass fittings sit along the right wall. A printed portrait-style name appears on the shawl worn by the right devotee.2008-08-02Outdoor ashram scene under a corrugated metal roof with palm trees behind. A tall man in a saffron-orange robe with long dark hair and a long rudraksha mala stands barefoot on a patterned floor, hands clasped, stepping through a doorway. Beside and behind him, a bald man in saffron robes walks with hands folded, and a man in white dhoti and shirt stands nearby. Along the left, a crowd of mostly women in white and pale blue saris and white clothes stands with palms pressed together in greeting. Behind them stands a red-draped seat with a red cushion beneath a yellow-fringed canopy, with orange-painted structures and a small table to the right. Swamiji (probable): the standing figure in saffron robes with long hair and a rudraksha mala matches the page's event listing.2010-09-08A tented event hall with white draped fabric and a patterned red-and-orange ceiling cloth. A figure with long dark hair, wearing an orange saffron robe and a red-orange mala, walks barefoot on a green carpet with palms pressed together in namaste toward the seated audience. Behind, another person in orange robes follows. Along the left, rows of people in white clothing sit on white chairs with hands folded in greeting, and a man in white stands near the back. Potted palms and a black speaker stand at the edge of the hall, and red plastic chairs are set near the carpet.2009-11-29A photo of a smiling person with long dark hair and a white vibhuti mark on the forehead, wearing an orange saffron garment and a rudraksha mala, with hands pressed together in anjali mudra. Behind them hangs a pink and white draped canopy, an orange cloth, and a gold trident (trishul) on a stand. In the foreground, a person in white with a gold-edged cloth and another person with reddish hair and a rudraksha mala are partly visible.2007-07-09December 30 20092009-12-30A photograph of a procession walking down a red carpet inside a decorated hall. A man with long, swept-back dark hair and a white-and-red tilak on his forehead wears an orange saffron shawl and dhoti edged with gold, a heavy gold necklace with a large pendant, and an ornate gold armband; he smiles and walks forward with a bare-footed stride. Behind him a younger man in matching orange robes and gold-bordered cloth carries a silver vessel with flowers and a garland. Other attendants in white dhotis with sacred ash markings walk behind, and a golden staff with a tall finial stands at left. Overhead are palm-leaf decorations, marigold garlands, and colourful tasselled fabric, with spectators at the right edge. Elaborate garlands and ceremonial objects suggest a temple or festival procession.2011-03-02
