A central figure with long dark hair wears an orange robe with a striped orange-and-gold shawl and speaks with an open hand raised. To the left, a person in orange robes holds a white flower garland. Around them, men in white shirts and white dhotis, some wearing lanyards, stand near a bent-over man in a white shirt and khaki trousers touching the ground. A man in a light blue shirt holds a green cloth at right, and a man in glasses and a white shirt gestures with his thumb. A partially visible banner with Tamil script is in the background. Several people visible, roughly six.2010-02-18January 12 20072007-01-12Outdoor photograph on a dirt ground with scrubby green vegetation and a silver SUV parked at left. A bare-chested figure with long, swept-back dark hair stands at left wearing an orange-saffron dhoti and matching orange shawl, hands pressed together in greeting. Probable Swamiji (long dark hair, bare chest, orange-saffron garments, distinctive presence). In front of him, a man in a white shirt and light lungi kneels on the dirt, bending forward with hands near the feet of the standing figure. Around them stand several men: one in white dhoti and white shirt with an orange shawl and rudraksha-style beads, another in white dhoti and white shirt with hands folded, a man in a blue checked shirt, and a man in a grey shirt. A young person in a white shirt stands at right with his back to the camera.2006-11-23Outdoor photograph on a dirt path beside parked silver SUVs. A figure in an orange saffron robe stands centre-left, wearing a long garland of yellow and magenta flowers. Two men in white kurta-style clothes prostrate themselves on the ground in front of the robed figure, and a man in a grey shirt bends nearby. On the right, a woman in a white sari with a flower in her hair stands with hands joined, and other people in white clothing watch. A stone pillar and a tall tree with a torn white board stand in the background, with an oil lamp and flower offering on the ground at right. Several people are visible.2010-01-22A photograph of an outdoor roadside arrival beside a silver minivan with its side door open. A man in orange robes, a red undershirt and a long rudraksha mala smiles and rests a hand on the door. A man in a white shirt holds a long garland of yellow, red and white flowers, and a man in white bends forward at the lower edge of the frame. Several men in white shirts and a woman in teal stand behind, with trees and a utility pole in the background.2009-08-08January 12 20072007-01-12Night photograph outside beside a silver car with its side door open. A figure in saffron-orange robes and an orange turban, wearing a long white flower garland with a maroon bead strand, stands at the vehicle. A man in white shirt and white dhoti bends forward and places his hands on the garlanded figure's shoulders, while another man beside him holds a tray with flowers. Several men in white kurtas and dhotis stand behind with hands folded in anjali, and green-lit trees form the backdrop. The garlanded figure appears to be a sannyasi in saffron clothing rather than a clearly identifiable person; no appearance-based a person candidate is established with sufficient cues.2010-01-09 +1 copiesJanuary 12 20072007-01-12A photograph of an outdoor welcome on a dirt path strewn with green grass blades beside a silver car. In the centre, a barefoot figure in a loose saffron-orange robe with long dark hair walks forward. To the right, an elderly man in white dhoti and shirt holds up a long red and white flower garland, while women in white saris with gold borders, one wearing a gold necklace, stand with palms together. A girl in a pink dress with a red and green border stands at the right edge. Behind them, men in white shirts and dhotis walk along the path under tall trees, and a green electricity pylon rises at the right. A decorative kolam design lies on the ground near the feet.2010-01-20
